10/10 recommended!! We went to 3 vets and two groomers that said we couldn’t get our 3 year old dog Cooper’s nails trimmed (because he was so anxious and they didn’t want him stressed) and Kelly went out of his way to make sure it got done correctly and gave us all the tips and tricks and Cooper was calm for the first time and let us be there to make sure he was comfortable during his nail trim! I can’t express how relived and amazed I am! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

If anyone is looking for a pet groomer, I highly recommend Kelly’s Pet Boutique on Lake Lansing Rd. They got this big boy an appointment within 2 days of when I called, and the staff there was excellent. Gave me advice on how to keep him groomed between visits (using a metal comb, not a brush). And they did it while I waited which was a huge help. A+ service!

We had our dog groomed at this place for about a year. It was OK, nothing special, until this past July. After I picked up my dog from the grooming appointment and got back home, I found she kept licking one of her feet. After looking closely, I was horrified. Part of one of her nails was peeled off from the tip to the bottom. It must because they didn’t fully released the clipper when they pulled it away. I took my dog to the vet twice. Eventually they had to clip half of the nail off. Four months later, she is still recovering from that. The thing upsets me the most is, they never bothered to tell me this. We will never go back to this groomer again.

My dog looks GREAT after taking him here (and he was dirty, matted and sprayed by a skunk). By far the best groomers out there- there is no one I would trust with my dogs more! Thank you to the staff at Kelly’s Pet Boutique for getting me and Pluto in! Can’t recommend them more!!

We have been going here for a few years and we just love how well they take care of our dog. His cut is always amazing and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Great place and we refuse to go to anyone else.

First off I just want to say the service here is AMAZING! Dannie’s passion for animals is boundless and he goes above and beyond to make your pets experience an incredible one. He is so honest, personable, and so very knowledgeable!I also have to note that he somehow managed to form a quick connection with my shady kitty who likes literally nobody! He came out snuggling my boy who was happy and content with his new friend. I am still impressed!I am so happy with the service we received and thankful to Dannie and the crew for their skill and expertise. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Until covid I took my dog Zeus to Kelly's for grooming regularly. The boutique is small BUT the groomers are the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They actually do love animals!The welcome we got was warm, sincere and friendly.My dog has chihuahua in his mix so he suffers from anxiety and tends to yip and bark in the kennel. There he was allowed to walk in the business area and was consoled often by staff. When I heard this I teared up because I have to admit, he's my baby, I care how he's treated.When I picked him up he looked and smelled so clean and had a cute scarf on! He looked so good and seemed happy.Ever since that one experience I've had others just like it making Kelly's my go-to for my dog.I can't wait until the covid situation is over or handled in a way where we are all safe, when that happens I'll be back cause he needs a bath badly!Thanks Kelly & friends!!!

I love love love what they did to my dog. He smelled so nice and so pretty. I can tell they are pretty dedicated employees because when i came in one person had to hold my dog up (he’s a German Shepard) while the other person sprayed. The only down side is that it is extremely extremely busy. Which is probably because they do such a good job. I definitely recommend this place.

We think they do s great job. With the arrival of our granddaughter came a 10 year old yorkie requiring grooming. Having used Kelly's some years ago, we returned. If anything they have improved in the ensuing years. The dog becomes excited to get there and looks great when we get her. But she is a dog though, and once home she rolls in the yard, loses her bandana, and returns to her self. Ah, but there was that one shining moment. Thanks Kelly's

this place is amazing. I took my puppy Prince for his first haircut and the staff were very friendly. I can tell they genuinely love animals and were patient with my puppy for his first cut. I will return soon :) And the haircut was beautiful.See the before and after pictures. This place is totally better than Petco and Petsmart. My friend suggested Kelly's Pet Boutique after I told her my puppy has never had a haircut and I'm nervous about how he will react to scissors coming at him. Well the staff did amazing!! And Danny is very personable and is like a puppy whisperer. My puppy loved him and remained calm. Wow.

We're new to the area and tried Kelly's for a full groom of our golden doodle. In short, I'd give them 10 stars if it went that high. Our dog got the best grooming I've ever seen in 5 years and the staff was just fantastic and our dog was clearly very happy. Love this place!

Absolutely love Dannie and his team at Kelly’s Pet Boutique! They always take excellent care of our two dogs. They pay attention to detail and make sure that the dogs are in a safe environment. It’s comforting to know that many Vets take their animals to Kelly’s and that they have a Vet on call should it ever be necessary. We won’t take our fur babies anywhere else!

Our usual groomer was booked 2 months out, so we had to find a new groomer just for the time being. We have a blue nose pitbull who is the absolute sweetest, but you know the serotypes that come with pitbulls. Upon dropping her off we made the from aware she gets a little iffy when touching her paws, they didn’t seem to find that to be an issue. When picking her up we were told her nails weren’t clipped and we should sedate her so she can feel as if she smoked a bowl of weed. (Their exact words). We were still charged for the entire amount, she doesn’t look or smell as if she’s been washed I’ve done a better job getting her cleaned up in our bathtub. We’ve never had an experience like this and will not be returning.

We had been going to this boutique for 18 months without issues and were happy with the service (apparently because we did not have to deal with the owner - Danny). We recently had the displeasure of having to deal with him - one of the rudest and most unreasonable people I have ever met. Kelly's boutique has lost our business permanently because of dealing with him. Here is what happened.At the last appointment (Saturday), I stopped to pick up my dog after his grooming appointment. Their payment system was not working and so the lady at the desk said she will call later to get the money. I said not a problem and left. Unfortunately, when they tried calling my wife for payment, she was busy (we have a 5 month old and she works in the afternoons). They tried a couple of times and she was busy both times (with a patient once and driving the other time I believe). She was supposed to call them back but did not get to it (which she should have). The next thing we know Danny leaves a message on her phone telling her she is playing games and with threats about calling the police and demanding that the money better be paid by the end of the business. It gets better...I called to let him him know that we did not appreciate the voicemail and that we have no problem paying the money. The guys just went berserk on the phone saying he is going to put pictures and videos of us all over town so people know that we don't pay our bills. I tried to give him advice on how to deal with customers but but before I could say anything that sent him into another rant on how non-bill payers can't give him advice. Just kept shouting pay me my money without giving me a chance to say anything and just hung up. What I wanted to share with him were 2 things, putting them here in case he reads the review: (1) take some time to think that there was never any intent on our side to not pay and not lose a customer in your haste to judgement, (2) learn how to talk professionally with customers. In this case, he lost a customer for no reason other than his temper.I will be calling Monday to the boutique and hopefully talk to someone who is not a hot head, understands the concept of a two way conversation, make the payment and be done with this place. Unreal, never experienced anything like this before.Hope this helps.Update: Called and made the payment today itself. Figured he must have really need the $75 to have acted that way!

I can’t say enough good things about Kelly’s. This was my second time having my dog groomed at Kelly’s and after switching here from a national chain, I won’t go anywhere else. The staff are friendly, patient, and truly go above and beyond with the grooming and care of my dog. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Kelly's is the only place I'll take my Goldendoodle for grooming. The perfect puppy cut everytime! I've tried many places and she always came home looking like a schnauzer. Not at Kelly's! They let her play with the other dogs instead of keeping her crated up all day. The changes with the new owner have been amazing. The shop feels like a fancy boutique and the new shampoo smells amazing. The staff and owner are friendly and personable. In short, I love going there and so does my dog!

My Evie leaves looking all BEAUTIFIED every single time. Amanda is the one that always tends to Evie but everyone at the shop is so friendly and show great care to the fur baby they are grooming. I absolutely love bringing my baby and love how beautiful she looks when I pick her up!!

Took our dog here for grooming for over a year and never had any issues. Always did a good job. However, we had an appointment scheduled and the day before they texted us to cancel. We replied, called back, and left a message but they never got back to us to reschedule. I understand that they're busy, but cancelling an appointment the day before and not making any effort to reschedule is very unprofessional. After this we will be taking our dog to other groomers.

The customer service was utterly horrid. Kelly’s Pet Boutique East staff was COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL. Not only do they not know how to cut dog fur in a presentable way, but they also did not listen to our personal requests, and overcharged us for the personal request they did not fulfill. When i asked for 1/2 inch trim, they shaved both of my dogs. There is barely any hair left on them. When my wife called to ask if we could get any sort of discount for this miscommunication and bad haircut, they rudely told my wife that if we don’t like how they cut it then we should never come back. I do not recommend this boutique and I will never support this type of customer service. Very displeased with all aspects of this business.

Kelly’s is a fantastic place to get your pet groomed, the owner Dannie was super gentle but very speedy at shaving my long haired cat who gets matted easily in the spring and summer months. You could tell he was so much happier after his hair cut and I will def. be getting it done again.

My dog has been groomed at this location a few times now. In the past all has gone well. Recently my dog puked in the car on the way home from the groomer (very unlike her). I called the facility to ask if she got sick while there, or if she had received any treats, water, food or medications. The person on the phone didn’t want to answer my question and instead kept saying, “she probably puked up bile.” Eventually, after asking many times, the person on the phone said my dog only received water.The next day I got a call from the owner. I assumed he was calling to check and see how my dog was doing—- wow was I wrong. He started the phone call by telling me I was extremely rude to his employee on the phone. I told him that I didn’t have time to discuss this right now. He responded by yelling, “you better make time, you were rude!!” As he carried on, I decided to hang up- I didn’t appreciate his yelling or inability to have a rational conversation.To the owner—- I am sorry you felt I was rude. I was simply calling to try and identify why my dog was ill. We will not be back and will not recommend your business to others as the treatment of your customers is degrading and wildly inappropriate.

Listen, I have 3 kids and puppy who is less than a year old. He is a beautiful shih tzu, which means alot of fur! I am Very Very particular about what all of my babies eat and come in contact with in this crazy world. After getting Buddie I researched groomers in town and was completely in love with Kelly's boutique! The pics dont do them any justice! Seriously! He's been here 3 times to get groomed and I Love how he looks and smells EVERYTIME! & I absolutely love Dannie!!(sp?) Him and his staff make me feel very comfortable leaving my baby there! And hes always happy when we pick him up! They are serious about taking care of those babies up there and I appreciate that from the bottom of my heart! So please please please dont let certain comments on here keep you from taking your fur babies up here!Another thing, my dog is very loved. He is an ESA for my daughter with anxiety. And while everyone loves puppies, this wasn't a fad or temporary thing for us. He is apart of our family. So in between grooming we keep up on brushing and combing him so his grooming experience wont be stressful! The owner even gave me alot of tips on how to make sure hidden spots dont get matted and showed my daughter as well!So long story short take your pets to Kelly's!! ❤❤❤

Have never been so disappointed in any grooming service.Our Havaneese was butchered....right down to the pink skin.No reason. To have him shaved like Kelly's did. No reason.We asked for a longer trim...they cut the face , the ears ...could not even recognize our dog.His appointment was for 11 am when we promptly dropped him off...still was not complete by 530.Angry angry angry.Where is the negative 10 review button?Will Never Be Back!

Got my dog groomed there about 5 times. When we rescued our pup the women who work there helped me with questions I had - so nice and cared so much about our baby! I like how the owner cares about dogs and so do the staff but over all the owner is just crazy unprofessional... unbelievably so. Check out the Facebook page for some fun drama.. but also just honestly says stuff when I’m there and I’m like wowza, this guy says waaay too much inappropriate stuff to his customers. I thought it was fun at first, listening to crazy stories of his life but it’s just a bit much for a professional business. And following the Facebook page has really turned me off.... a professional business page bashing customers and starting drama... too much for me. Sometimes they forget to clip my dogs 5th claw that curls a bit. Once they barely cut around this eyes and mouth and I had to trim it at home. I mean fun experience to take the dog to but after a while the owners crazy stories like, how he loves drugs and tried it once but “heroin is a bit too hardcore for him”... just very... unprofessional.
