The Constellation Cat Café was overall a nice experience for my daughter & I. The beverage menu is diverse & great quality- multiple options outside of coffee! The gift shop area is loaded with adorable and unique items for a cat lover! The Cafe was clean & the cats were very clearly well cared for. Every single kitty was happy & comfortable- even the little ones that were new to the Cafe seemed so well adjusted! I love the safety & cleanliness rules in place. No shoes inside the kitty area is very smart & hygienic for both visitors and the kitties. The double door system to ensure no kitties can accidentally slip out is *genius*. The cat room itself is well curated & comfy. There are many things for the cats to climb, play with, and hide in for a nap if they desire. The table and chairs are great if you want to work on your computer or school work. There were a couple comfy chairs for people that would like to cuddle a kitty. I think a few more option on comfy spots to curl up with a kitty and read a book would be nice. I very much appreciate the rule that children cannot pick up the cats for their safety- but the age of 12 does seem a bit old to me.There are a couple things I wish could have been different. You pay to visit with the kitties per 30 min or 1 hour. With it being a Cafe and an opportunity to help rescue kitties find homes, I wish it were a one time entry fee without the time limit. Cafés are relaxing because you aren't watching the clock. I would happily pay the entry fee for my daughter to take her school work to do in the company of the kitties or a place to practice reading to the cats- but the time limit really hinders the concept. Additionally, if you're there to look for a kitty to adopt, it doesn't make sense to be limited on time or pay for multiple hours. Adding a pet to your family should be a decision that you can take your time on. If the adoption fee is say $150 (totally reasonable!), but you need to spend a few hours getting to know the different cats, the $50 you pay the Cafe could be spent getting supplies for your new pet or even donated to the rescue itself. I understand the Cafe is a business, but a Cafe is not a place you pay by the hour for, it's not relaxing to watch the clock nor conducive for taking your time to select your new pet.Outside of my critical opinion of the concept of a Cafe & pet adoption center being on a clock, I think it's a great place. If you could pay an entry fee & stay for the time you desire, we would be *very* frequent visitors! 💜🐾

Extremely disappointed.... My daughter asked me over a month ago to bring her and some friends here for her birthday. We live an hour away so I looked up this place a head of time and did not see at all that we needed to schedule an appointment or I would have. After an hour drive we walk in to hear did we set up an appointment???? The environment honestly looks amazing and I feel would have been pretty cool to hang out but make sure you absolutely call and schedule walking in the door or you will be disappointed! This business needs to put on their website schedule ahead of time on weekends......

Love! Fantastic cat cafe. We really enjoyed coming here as a family!First of all, the employees were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and just overall lovely. You felt like a friend from the moment you walked in. They were attentive, helpful, and had great tones when talking to you about the rules and expectations. I was surprised by the amount of drink options that this cat cafe offered. We've been to quite a few over various states and countries, and this one by far had one of the best selections. I also love that this place offers merchandise. They had quite a variety of items for sale.We did book the cat cafe room with the cats online ahead of time. I would definitely recommend that. However, there was another group that came in at the exact same time and we were able to walk in. It really depends on how busy the cafe is at that time if you can do a walk-in. But the online booking is super easy and I believe it can be done 24 hours in advance. It's nice that they limit the amount of people in the room at a time. Not only is this beneficial for the viewers, but it's great for the cats!The cat viewing area was very nice and large. There was a variety of different seating options including tables, benches, and couch areas. The kitties were really friendly. I was surprised by the number of them in the rooms. I would say there were probably about 12. Which is a good amount. There were mostly kittens, however, we did see some cats as well. It's great having kittens in the room since they're more active. The cats are lovely. Many wanted to play, there were a few snuggle buns, and for the most part they got along really well. I had one friendly fellow who made a nice nest on the sweatshirt I had purchased in the cafe. Adorable!I would highly recommend this place! I love their mission and what they're doing to get cats adopted, and the cafe itself is very nice. You can also stop in just to support and get drinks to go, all your tip proceeds go back to the cats. Very family friendly, as long as you have kids that are respectful to the cats. We took our two school age children and they enjoyed it as well.

Purrrty good cat cafe. We came around 2 and it wasn't too busy. You can pay for a drink and an hour in the cat room (you can take the drink inside the room). I got a root beer float and it was quite nice. Be warned, there is definitely a strong cat smell, but if you like cats then you shouldn't mind it too much. The cats were all very cute, lots were friendly and able to be picked up/held. Several energetic ones and a few oldish cats, you can adopt them if you want. My wife was able to hold three of them at the same time! Great place, seems like they treat the cats well and are adopted often.

I am an avid lover of cats, so are the folks here.Not only is the coffee good, but the staff are friendly as well. The cats here have a comfy home and plenty of space to roam. The barista that helped me I had the pleasure of meeting at her previous job, and glad she found her way to CCC. There are so many cats but I don't have enough hands.I sincerely am going to look into volunteering my time there.I urge you if you too are a cat lover to visit this lovely cafe.

I love this place! The coffee is really good. The cat room is amazing. The cats are obviously well taken care of and seem happy. The cat area has a large amount of space with toys and places for the cats to hide/rest. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

This was my first time here. There was 4 of us that went to celebrate my granddaughters 12th birthday. We had the best of time. The atmosphere was great as soon as you walk in. The cat room was clean and smelled good. The cats themselves were on point that day, they were friendly and wanted lots of love. It was a great experience! And we will be back again!❤️

We were instantly met with a warm greeting, even though the cafe was busy. There was a mistake made by me, but the ladies working were very patient and kind, which made our experience more memorable. I had a question with an out of stock item, and all employees/volunteers were helpful and accommodating. My family often visit the Cat Cafe, and our experience today really shows why we continue to support this cafe.

I adopted a kitten, Sawyer, who I renamed Boots about 6 weeks ago. I had to put him down Monday due to liver failure. He had FIP. The vet said this can be common in outside cats, but they have been seeing cats with FIP all summer long. This is something that kittens are especially vulnerable to under two years old. Mine was six months old when I put him down. The cat cafe’s setup has cats exposed to each other and puts them at risk for disease. There is no vaccine for FIP and there’s no way to test for it. Unfortunately, a lot of kittens come from here sick and with health problems. I now have the expense of an emergency vet and the expense of euthanizing as I mourn the loss of my cat. I will not adopt from here again, or from the rescue that sponsored my cat.

We love constellation cat cafe. The staff is wonderful, sweet, and so attentive to the cats. The cats are super adorable and have the best personalities. My family is at our cat limit and typically can't handle seeing cats up for adoption because we want to adopt them all. But we love visiting the cat cafe because we know they are having a blasting running around and are going to be adopted .The events they offer are awesome. We did Harry Potter trivia and loved it. The kittens fell asleep in our arms. We are excited to try one of the craft nights.Also the cider is amazing. I love their merchandise as well. I went christmas shopping there because they have the cutest pins and jewelry.

We love our kitten, but were surprised to learn that she was actually a a two year old cat with multiple health issues.We had asked if our potential cat had any health issues and were told no. Turns out she did have a health issue that Constellation Cat Cafe knew of and was on her records that cost $2000+.The Cafe stopped responding to us through email and we decided to drop the matter.I would recommend if you go here ask to see the cats documentation before adopting to double check what the workers tell you.
