literally closed the window in my face. I have to wait until tomorrow for my antibiotics and steroids for my bronchitis. ER accidentally sent my son's prescription to the one in EJ and mine to the one in Chx. the pharmacist had no interest in helping pretty well ignored my existence. this is the biggest reason you people will only get my business when EVERYONE ELSE is closed. Cold sweats and full body cramping until then it seems. idk the last time I have been so sick and he just walked away... 11pm on the day he shut the window in my face and I still can't sleep I am so sick. Nobody cares anymore. terrible pharmacy all around.

This Rite Aid store in East Jordan is a joy to shop in. The employees are very warm and friendly and willing to help if it is needed/wanted. They are real people that obviously live in the area and understand the value of providing neighbors with excellent customer service. I'll shop there as often as I can.

My family has been going here for years, I love the ladies that work through the store. They everytime, make me laugh and are so funny and sweet! They are always excited to see me and it makes me feel so good to be cared for, I'm not just another random person to them, I matter. The pharmacy side always works so hard and does their best with the volume of people they have, it's a shame they don't help them hire more help, because the couple gentlemen there work so much! And they also are always kind to me too, despite the verbal abuse they can endure they do a damn good job. I'll never stop coming here!

I always have great service, I'm always greeted as I walk in the door and the pharmacy is the only one I'll use because they make it so easy, see the screenshot added. I've never had to wait very long. They have most of the items I'm looking for and a lot that I'm not also 😆

Very disappointed in this pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription Wednesday dec 29 in the morning. 11:45 am There was a lady working I think her name was Jen. The pharmacist with curly hair and then another younger kid at the counter. When I first walked up to the counter it was just the lady (Jen) working. I waited and waited. Finally a guy came up and was waiting behind me. Jen finally decided to walk over and asked the gentleman behind me “how can I help you sir?” Completely ignored me (1st in line). Finally the younger guy got back from a break or something and asked if he could help me. I said my name and he asked Jen if my prescription was ready. She said now it should be soon. Usually It’s not ready when I pick it up every month. So I wait 10-15min (which is no problem) I waited 45 minutes and finally went back up there. So I asked the young man at the counter if it was ready. So he asked “Jen” again. Jen completely ignored him. So he asked her again if it was ready? Completely ignored him for a second time. So he asked her again and completely ignored him for a 3rd time! So he walked over and asked her. Oh it’s not ready yet. So I waited at the counter I wasn’t going to leave until I got my prescription that I now waited an hour for. I’ve been going to this pharmacy to a long time . & I’ve never had the disrespect and rudeness. Not just that my boyfriend was waiting in the car and was late to work!The younger guy was trying to be helpful but I feel like Jen was very rude.

I never have a good experience in here. I am not one to complain, but the staff lacks respect and care for customers. I went in to get a prescription for my mother, and they were incredibly unhelpful, and seemed to care more about their texts/ phones (in the pharmacy) than a customer with a question. I will continue to go to Walgreens in Charlevoix because of this.

Waited a week for my script and when I finally called they told me that they can’t get it for at least a month. Don’t you think you should have let me know sooner. Like when the script was sent in! What if this was a medicine I needed to survive, seriously
