Never had any issues with the techs back in the pharmacy, however don’t ever ask the pharmacist a question because he will rip your head off when you don’t understand. Man has a real attitude problem.

I would not recommend this pharmacy at all. They delay refills because "out of stock" then lie the next day and say they didn't get refill order until that day. I've had so many issues with this pharmacy- if I sent my meds refills a day too early they would deny instead of delay, but, if I submitted them two days before I need them, they never have them ready. They've caused me to withdrawal from several of my important regular meds, which is a horrible experience and not good for my overall health. This pharmacy should just close shop because it's obvious they do not care about their customers.

My doctor wrote me a rushed prescription for a critical medication I needed ASAP. When I came to pick it up, they told me it would take an hour or two to make, but that they’d text me when it was ready. I waited two hours, then finally called to check on the status of my prescription, when I was told they needed my insurance information to prepare the prescription. I gave them my information and asked how long it would be, to which the response was an hour.Really really disappointing, especially when this is a potentially life-saving critical meditation. They need to do better.

Went in and the cashier told the customer ahead of me that the three Mexicans that walked out after purchasing things gave her a 100 dollar bill and if she wanted to she could have gave them less of amount of cashback after their purchase because "they don't even speak English so they have no clue what the money here is worth" disgusting that she openly was being racist

We made an appointment online for our booster shots and they didn’t have record of it and refused our service despite us showing confirmation. Was told to come back between 2-3 to wait in line which is a terrible time to do walk ins considering most people work during that time and they take 20 minutes each. Disappointing to see stores turning away people who made appointments for vaccines in a pandemic.

To add to this review I learned (10/26) I had breakthrough COVID. My prescription was for 20 pills. A four hour wait is UNACCEPTABLE.Left urgent care ( Hurley Durand)10-24-2021 at 11:32AM my prescription was electronically sent( physician said as I left) to Durand Rite Aid. I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot to give the pharmacy time to fill it When I arrived at the drive thru pharmacy I was told they just received it ( which I highly doubt. Would love to see time stamp)and it would be 2-3 hours before it was filled. I explained I was very sick and lived a ways away just to be told 3 hours. I called the store, spoke to the store manager( who also no help and stated IT sounds to me like you need to vent, lousy customer service) and was told he had no control over the pharmacy staff. Pharmacist on duty was their manager. No human compassion from this pharmacist. I will be changing pharmacy's. This man has no business working with the public. Prescription finally done 3:50 PM. I will have it transferred. Rite Aid has seen the last of my business and I will be telling my story to friends and family or whoever will listen. I would give no stars if possible. I don't know where this pharmacy keeps finding these pathetic rude pharmacist but they must pick all the rejects that are passed around. I worked in the Medical field for 25 years and would never treat anyone the way I was treat.

Never had a problem with this Rite Aid! Staff and pharmacy worker's are friendly and helpful! Can't speak for the other rite aids! I aways go her for my medicine and never a charge unless I need a random shot!

Man at the pharmacy was not helpful at all... prescriptions got called in from urgent care he stated they do not accept the insurance...I said that's fine can you transfer to Walgreens he stated no that I had to call urgent care and have them transferred, call urgent care and they stated the pharmacy had to do it and do it all the time. Found out the pharmacist just didn't want to.

Hands down the best pharmacy in Genessee or Shiawassee county, period.The best pharmacy I've ever used. The staff are all awesome, prescription refills and fills are VERY fast. Their estimated time will say 20-30 minutes and it'll be done in 10 with a text message to my phone.I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy and have had more bad experiences at other pharmacies throughout Genessee & Shiawassee county.

I hate this store. I never leave without feeling disappointed. The wait is too long and the pharmacist is rude most of the time. I'll drive further to go to a different rite aid store! I didnt want to give any stars but had to to be able to write this review.

I have never had any problems with Riteaid The pharmacy and the other workers are very good and always ask me If I have any questions about a prescription.I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.I appreciate them they always call when a prescription is ready or if they need to order it They are very good getting it .I wouldn't want any other pharmacy I've been with Them for a long time with no problems.My thanks to the pharmacy and the other people who work there and they are very kind and will explain to you about medicine if you ask or they will ask you if you have any questions about the prescription..

Waited 45 plus mins just to get in to get my shot and there only doing shots from 2 to 3. Was here at 2 :02 this is unacceptable when he does one shot at a time then waits 10 mins in between to say the least very unhappy still not in and 2:47 and still mot in
