Everything is overpriced. The staff follow you around like you're stealing their old outdated over priced stock.. the only reason why this store is still open is because of the Stihl dealership and I'm Stihl guy but I wouldn't take any of my Stihl products to them just for the way I'm made to feel by them.

I would like to give rave reviews to Gilroy‘s in Durand. I was in need of a pressure washer when my old one broke, I called Gilroy‘s and talked to a gentleman I think his name was Mark, he helped me on the phone and I made a trip to the store and bought a new pressure washer and he hooked up one of the hoses that I cannot turn tight enough. When I got the pressure washer home and used it I I went to move it and tipped it back on its wheels and it broke the plastic connector for the hose. I quickly called the store as it was five minutes to closing time and Mark ( or Matt) can’t remember, he said if I could get there he would have a replacement part for me. I couldn’t get there until the next morning which was a Sunday, and the store was not open yet but I got Mark to get me my part and he was very very nice about everything. All businesses should have employees like him. Thank you Mark and Gilroy‘s for your great customer service

This is a store that has anything you need to complete a home project. You are immediately greeted at the door with an employee who is willing to help you find whatever you need. The owner is a really nice guy and the store has the old school service that you just don’t find very much anymore. If you need it they got it

Just bought a camper at Leisure Lake and stopped in here for a few things. These guys are great, they were so helpful! And the selection of stuff they had was incredible. Would prefer going here to Home Depot or Lowe's any day!

In my opinion one of the best Hardware's around even more stock than Ace Hardware service is excellent workers are excellent would be a five-star if they had an app so I can check on prices but to get right down to it it is my second home.

I hate looking for bolts and nuts when I have no idea what I'm doing but cashier 798 literally found everything for me and even bagged it for me. I just wanted to say thanks! You truly made my trip a lot easier.
