I like the small town feel of this store. You actually have employees asking if you need help not like the big box sores. They usually have what you need and the prices are not that bad most of the time. Nice place.

I was kind of disappointed when I went in to purchase a lawnmower. I was ready to spend over $500 but I asked 2 different employees for help with my purchase and neither one was willing to help. I ended up going elsewhere. Their loss!

Awesome Hardware, Lawn & Garden store. There are so many hard to find lawn trinkets and ornaments. Inside the store it's loaded with home repair and fixer upper items also. Need a lawn mower ot tree trimmers, they've got them. Employees are awesome too. We'll be back!

Great hardware store. I particularly liked the "glass shed". They have an extensive collection of outdoor decorations. Inside they have about anything you could possibly need as far as hardware is concerned.

Not a bad place if you ever need something real quick instead of going to a larger store like HomeDepot. My only problem is that one time we had ordered a part for our garage with an employee at the store and we were told it would be there the following week and it never was. Not the end of the world.

This is a clean store where you can tell the owners and employees take pride in their work. The outside is beautifully set up where they sell plants, herbs, flowers, etc. It seemed as though the garden items were a bit on the high priced side of things. Definitely lovely though! They also have unique gift items that would be hard to find at other stores. I will be back to shop there again.

In and out in no time. Great location. Right off of hwy 69. 6-2-23. Stopped in today for some 🌺🌹 flowers. The green house is amazing. So many beautiful things to choose from.

I love the attached "Glass House" of the Ace Hardware store. Creative outdoor danglie creations. You will not find the things in this store at other stores you frequent. Whenever I want something fun for my backyard, I head to this store. Inside the store you will find numerous treasures! Plants?? Amazing, high quality, hard to find plants there also!

Very organized and very clean. Nicely stocked with seeds and hand tools for gardening. Automotive items like motor oil. Generators in stock. Air compressors. A few dog and cat food supplies. A nice store in a very rural setting. Friendly associates.

The workers are so polite and help you with everything right as soon as you walk in they ask if you need help with anything. They really treat you like you’re family will be going here if I ever need anything like plants, tools, etc.

Stopped in so my mom could pick up a gift (solar light garden flowers). While there found a great deal on folding lawn chairs for myself. Employees were very friendly and quick to help get 2 chairs down from high storage. The store is very clean and has just about anything you need. I will be back. 👍

Clean place helpful staff. But was a little unhappy with them selling me a leaf blower that was on display and not fully packaged. They should of took the price down $ 50 in that case.The problem with this store location is it's corporate owned and doesn't honor local company discounts like others may. One star ⭐ less for that. That's what I was told purchasing an item on 12/26/2020. I'm tempted to return the item. I suggest anyone having problems with any purchases out there. Contact the Attorney General. They crack down on businesses for price gouging, and so forth 👍

Always excellent service. I needed a new hose for my propane heater. The young man took the broken one off and made sure the replacement was what I needed. Durand store has the nicest and most knowledgeable customer service representatives around.

I was trying to order two screen doors for our porch and was happy to see Ace hardware had one that both my husband and I liked. After trying to purchase it online the shipping costs were awful! Them I put in our towards number and it was better but still was over$100. I called the Durand Ace and talked to the manager Taylor and she ordered them without any shipping!!! Thank you so much Taylor.

This is the best Ace Hardware ever in my experience. And I have been to many.The store is very well organized snd larger, with more stock than most Ace stores. They also carry many unique items. The staff though. Are what really make the difference. Incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and absolutely honest in theircrecommendations, even if your best option is not even an Ace product. I drive eighteen minutes further just to go to this store. It is more than worth it.
