This location is by far has the best pharmacy. The staff up front and in the pharmacy are always very friendly and helpful. In the pharmacy, there is one blonde who is either mngr or pharmacist. She's a bit rude and short but luckily only had her wait on me once, just witnessed others interactions with her. The pharmacist named Tim is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I switched to another location once but came back here immediately because of the staff.

Be very careful here during the winter. They apparently do not plow, shovel or salt the parking lot or sidewalks at all. There is about 2 inches of ice covering everything and I saw one guy fall on it and we almost got stuck trying to leave.

Ok ,, here we go again,,, so last Wednesday went to get a script , The two girls working couldn’t and didn’t know how to put an insurance card in system !! So I talked to mng Tim next day !!! He apologized said he’d refund the co pay , I pulled review down ! After him telling me he’s got the best stores ??? Ok looking at reviews ,, I highly doubt this ! So Go back in pharmacy yesterday the Nov 3 & had the bag with amount in it due to b refunded ,,, And they needed actual receipt! Well the girls didn’t give a receipt!!!! That’s all we had !! So we leave and lady calls back ,,, After we’re back in 23 ,,, and said oh sorry we can refund your money sir !! What the heck ! Seriously people need to get it together there !!!! And realize gas isn’t free ! Nor is time ! And after he ran insurance it was zero co -pay ! He has other scripts at Monroe Walgreens & they too still don’t have his blue cross in system !!! Who is the district mng ??? They are not doing their jobs period ! I pulled first review ! Not pulling this one ! Brought in what they gave us ! Because that’s all we had ! You cannot do business with people that don’t know how to run business it seems , And looking at these reviews ,, I highly doubt it’s ranked one in district !

Typical Walgreens experience. The stores are always clean, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy moves along at a fast pace, and they usually get your prescriptions together quickly without much of a wait time. I wanted to compliment the excellent staff at the Walgreens here in Dundee.I had rushed to get there right during closing, my pet was sick and desperately needed some medicine. The man was locking the doors and so kindly unlocked them when he saw me run up. He asked me what I needed and I briefly explained the situation. Not only did he let me grab what I needed, but he guided me to the location of what I was looking for. His wonderful employee checked me out, and saved my night. For reference this was the night of 11/26/22 a black haired man and a long haired girl at checkout.I would highly recommend this Walgreens for top-notch service. They didn’t have to help me, but did with so much kindness. Thank you to these two kind people, thanks to you my animal doesn’t need to suffer in pain tonight.

At the Walgreens today and the store is so friendly. I didn’t realize the pharmacy closed for lunch so I waited and chatted with two workers.Leah and Diane are fantastic.I’m always pleasantly surprised now by friendly people communication skills now. Needed a covid test for traveling to Canada and had nothing but issues. First the emails weren't getting sent. So we had to drive back from Toledo to get a print out, we showed up at 5:57 and pharmacist was completely rude telling me they were closed and I'd have to come back tomorrow to get my papers that were already printed out and waiting for me! Store manager was super friendly and tried to really help the situation by calling the people in the pharmacy to get them to come back and grab the papers but no one answered. Late for our traveling thanks to the complete lack of care by the pharmacist!

This review is specifically for the pharmacy first....they are AMAZING. Kerry especially is super helpful, and great at her job. My insurance company was incredibly difficult over this holiday season...my script was due ON Christmas but the pharmacy is closed...I was supposed to get a vacation over ride....Kerry worked on my script for 2 days, and we went back and forth with my insurance company ALL morning until we finally got the override. I don't have to go without my medication or withdrawal on Christmas! Thank you SO much ! Kerry you're absolutely amazing ! I've spent years with this pharmacy n won't be going anywhere.

Pharmacists working on 3/19 closed at 5:50pm even after I called and said I would be there. When I arrived at 5:55 and talked to a pharmacist at 5:57 about just picking up my test results paper that they had printed waiting for me to pickup. They said sorry we close at 6 and told me to come back tomorrow at 10am. I needed my test results today to travel Tonight which is why I chose this store. Absolute disrespect from their pharmacy team.

Store is a bit messy but overall not a bad place, usually has the items I need in stock for a quick trip. Will say it can get quite busy at random times. Overall a decent place to stop.

The Pharmacist Manu P, was very rude and unprofessional. When going on a surprise vacation by my husband we had to delay by a day thanks to him. My husband's refill was not due until the next day. I asked him "you will not fill them or you cannot ?" His response "how many days will you be gone?". Without even looking at the screen Mr. Manu P informed me that my husband had gotten them early on prior occasions so he should have enough for five days. We had to wait because the doctor's office was closed so they could not be called to Minnesota's pharmacy. When we picked them up the next day it showed they had been filled the day before. The day he refused to give them to us.So we looked it up and sure enough, it was filled out that day. So how accurate would his counting be if bottles are filled early but not given to the patient the day of but at a later day? Regardless he was rude and smirked at me the whole time. He ignored me when I said he did not have them. I was upset to have to tell my grandmother, oh sorry we will not be there for two days now. Please do not worry and recook dinner we will take you out. Bless her heart she said " I will pray for him to heal so that whatever is making him so upset that he is lashing out at others will go away"...she ended up remaking half of it and felt awful we had to have it re-heated. She would not let us buy her dinner. She is a sweetheart, my Nanna. I wish I would have thought to speak with a manager, I know he never offered that option or any other for that matter. Oh and just to clarify he could have filled them out he chose not to. I verified this after speaking to corporate. They were not happy with the way it happened either

Ordered three photo collage poster boards for a graduation party. The boards did not come with the pop out stand, as pictured, and all of the photos have lines through them. Store associate acknowledged that it’s an issue with their printer but they “haven’t been able to fix it”. Disappointed in the low quality prints and the lack of customer service.

Unacceptably slow pharmacy. Staff competence and friendliness is not the issue here. Scheduling is. I live in the area and this isn't my first encounter. With 6 staff in the entire store, 2 customers in store and 1 waiting in pharmacy it took me 20 minutes to pick up an already filled simple script. Cabela's beings large crowds and this was a slow, Sunny Sunday late summer.

My daughter needed antibiotics for a terrible ear ache. I went there at 8 PM because that’s where the urgent care sent it, there was no one working the pharmacy when they are supposed to be open until 9. And the doctors office is closed so it can’t be sent anywhere else. Seriously? This is how you take care of people? I’ll never use Walgreens again

I had the pleasure of waiting in line for a Karen to finish her 20 minute tantrum over something that wasn't really the pharmacy's fault, and I was impressed by how patient the staff was in dealing with it. I've never had a problem with this pharmacy and I wish them the best of luck for the next time Karen comes in.

Update 05/17. I'm back to recommending this pharmacy! Whatever fly may have been in the past ointment is gone. Feels like a friendly neighborhood pharmacy again, right down to the personal service.Update 6/8/16.They seem to be getting back to what they used to be. Haven't had any issues recently. Friendly service, no crazy waits. We'll see if they return to their former glory.12/07/15 : Pharmacy opens 7 minutes late. Not a huge deal. We're the first ones there as we arrived 5 minutes before they were scheduled to open. No apology, no greeting, not even the slightest hint of a politeness. I hand them my sons prescription because we have to wait for it before he can go to school, and I can go to work. She says 1/2 hour. Wait, What? Why a 1/2 hour? We are the first people here. How long can it possibly take to walk 10 feet, and count 30 pills? Ahhh I see, the pharmacist, has to walk around the store and do her shopping, she grabs herself a Starbucks frapacino, saunters over to the cashier to pay for it, then slowly makes her way around back to start her day at about 9:20. This place used to be good.

This is the most poorly run pharmacy I’ve interacted with.The staff will not answer the phone, the pharmacist manager is rude and short. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Anywhere else.

It is Saturday morning at 1030 and I have been on hold waiting to speak with someone for 28 minutes now. I work in a pharmacy and I cannot imagine making someone wait this long completely unacceptable!!!! Maybe this pharmacy needs proper staffing. This is ridiculous!!!!

The pharmacy has horrible customer service. I’m from out of state and they required me to come back two days in a row to get medicine because they didn’t have it in stock. It was a prescription too. They ruined my vacation.

We are all legal age but refused to serve my friends and I because they “felt uncomfortable.” They even scanned our IDs and kept us waiting for 15 min until they decided to tell us this.
