My dog, Jagger and I had a terrible experience with this groomer!! My clippers broke and I was unable to finish grooming him at home. When I arrived she asked me what I wanted her to do. I told her, since I was able to finish his face at home -not to touch it. She said it looked good and she wouldn't. I told her that I needed his body and legs trimmed.When I picked him up- She made sure I paid before I saw Jagger. BIG mistake on my part!! She also told me that she had to charge me a difficult dog fee because Jagger snapped at her several times. This is not how Jagger behaves so it took me by surprise.She brought Jagger out -he was scalped!! He had very little to no hair except on his ears and tail!! Which looks ridiculous being the rest of him is shorn!!! I have no clue what the heck she did to jack up his eye or why she did it since his face was not supposed to be touched!! He is so red all over!! He looks ridiculous and is miserable licking and itching himself!! Obviously trying to get some relief!! It is no wonder Jagger tried to snap at her. He was being hurt which is obvious by his red skin!! If there was a 0 star rating I would have given it.

I’ve been taking my maltipoo here for about a year now. The staff is always friendly and do a great job. I’m happy I found a groomer that works well with Lilly, considering she can be an anxious handful!

They did an excellent job on my poodle Dexter. Best cut he's had so far. He is typically a little nervous but he was very happy and calm when I picked him up. I would definitely recommend this full- service groomer!

Best place to take your furry friends! I have two Border Collies and they always take great care of them and they look so clean and nice afterwards!Our old pup who's around 13-14 has hip problems and they are always sweet, gentle, and patient with him. 20/10 service 🐾

Took my Mom's pup there for a spa day. I have not been there before. The people I encountered were professional, courteous, and friendly. The shop is nice too! The pup came back with beautiful nails and smelled wonderful. I could tell instantly that my Mom's dog was treated special. I think their pricing is spot on because their work was excellent.

I have been taking my Yorkies here for years now. We always have had respect for me and my dogs. They have been prompt and accommodating with scheduling. My dogs have always had best hair cuts with no issues (no razor burn, scrapes, cuts). My dogs know the ladies in there and always handled with respect. I refer them a lot to theirs in the area. We moved to Toledo and still make the drive! Thanks for taking care of Doggies!My mother brings her huge Golden retriever for routine washes and trims. They are welcoming of dogs all kinds!

They suck!! Gretty!!!!!I have had Teegan groom my dogs for 8 plus years and I will NEVER step foot in her shop or recommend her again!!! While she does amazing work, she doubled her prices with no heads up! Just $214 when I go to pick up my two doodles, last time was $120 and services did not change!!! customer service is key and this was awful!!! Told me they had a price increase first of July and they did not have them as doodles in there sustem before, they have always been large doodles!!! Could have warned at last appointment, when confirmed appointment or even when I dopped them off that prices were doubling, but nope nothing. Worst part Teegan stood there listening to whole conversation with the lady at desk and said NOTHING! You have lost a long time customer and I will make sure everyone I know is aware.

This was our first visit. We took our boxer, Bella. It was a very good experience. Great price and Bella came home happy, smelling good and her nails were trimmed perfectly.Will definitely be going back on a regular basis

I had my Yorkie/Maltese mix Lola groomed here on May 4th! She had been groomed before, but not for over a year, at a place that has closed...This was the BEST haircut she has ever gotten! I am beyond impressed!! And the girl was very nice and professional!! Thank you so much...Highly recommend!

Got a same day appointment for my 120 pound pitbull mix who HATES having his nails trimmed. The two woman who were working fearlessly held him in place & got his nails trimmed in under five minutes. It was a breeze getting in & out quickly as my big boy also has anxiety in the car & going new places so his reaction spikes my anxiety right along with him. The nail trim was only $10, too! I’ll definitely be back for his next trim.

We drive 35 minutes each way to bring our dogs here...that should tell you how good they are. Plus our dogs no longer mind being left at the groomer thanks to the care and comfort they receive. Always great service including very effective de-shedding of our Labsky. We're "every 3 weeks" regulars at PP🐶 and highly recommend them.

Brought my Border Collie/Aussie mix for her first grooming session and they did a great job. She was timid as to be expected but they did what they could and she came home smelling great and looking good. The bandana is a nice touch as well.

I asked for my dog to be bathed and extra hair brushed out ONLY as Aussies should never be shaved or heavily trimmed (dual coat breed, insulates them from heat). They asked if I wanted his feet trimmed and I said yes. When he was picked up, they had cut some mats out (fine, he’s an outside dog and he gets them from time to time) and he was fully trimmed all over, including his hind (fluff) area that should NEVER be cut as it often does not grow back in. It was hugely disappointing to see a business that advertises themselves as professional groomers not understand the basics of grooming an Aussie. That on top of not listening to my instructions or calling me to check if they were confused.2 stars because if a bath and cut is what you want, they do a nice job.

I've went to this place four times and it seems like they overbook the first time was an hour and a half the second time was 2 hours third time was 3 hours and the fourth time was three and a half hours. I knew this when I went the fourth time but it was worth the wait to get it done on Saturday. However the first three times it was $48 and then this fourth time with no notice to me they raised the price to $59 I guess they were trying to give me a heart attack. That's what my two stars are based on. I won't be back because I can go across town and get it done for $45.
