Nice place always have what I need, but the staff are a little overwhelming, all the time I'm there I feel like they are watching you like you are a criminal, I understand some people need help but not everyone and don't hover over your customers. Sometimes I just need to see something to make my decision on a project I'm working on before I make perches. I'm old school and seeing it online doesn't work for me.

Great service well used to be have 5 stars a year ago. After the mean rude cashier i just had. I felt compelled to change the rating. Gives me a hard time cause i used a 10 pig Chopin if u don't want me to use cupons don't send and i will go else where. Ty

Like the fact they had little odds and ends to get my project done. Found a couple items I have been looking for so didn't have to drive 20 to 30 minutes away to get them. They are very helpful at the store and friendly. They have a huge section for Craftsman tools. I LIKE Craftsman tools so seeing that sea of red got me a little excited. Will have to go back when I have time to browse.

The Best Friendliest Hardware Store I've ever been to! I was from out of town and the nicest young man Jackson lent me a dollar because I was so upset I needed to buy my daughter and extension cord for her new house! I went back to my Hotel got my wallet and brought him back a 20 dollar bill, a Jackson and he was so appreciative, it made my day and his because he was so kind! Awesome thanks Jackson!!!!

I ordered a rolling tool box last minute for my husband for father's day. Once I got email confirmation that it was ready for pickup I headed to the store. Parked right out front to load it easily. Once I went inside they got right on locating my item, carried it out to my car and loaded it up for me into my vehicle. Seamless transaction with no issues. Super friendly staff. Would shop there again if our local Ace doesn't carry it they might!

Great local hardware store. They have a good selection and a knowledgeable staff. Need to remember that they aren't a big box store though, because they close much sooner than the big stores. Edited to add: their selection keeps getting better. Name brand power tools, and Traeger smokers.

The BEST hometown auto parts and repairs. They are honest and priced very fairly. I've yat to find anything I need they don't have or can order and its to you in days. Wouldn't shop anywhere else in the Dundee area when it comes to my car repairs.

Not enforcing Covid-19 guidelines, even a significant number of their employees aren't wearing masks, or practicing social distancing. I don't care to spend my money at a place that doesn't care about me and my family. That being said the staff has always been helpful and friendly, and the store carries a fair inventory. Had they just followed the rules, instead of politics I would have given them 4 stars,

It was fine, they had a large variety of things. I got everything I went there for and needed. Nice clean store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots products for farmers as well. Good place to go, maybe the only hardware store in the area.

This is not a terrible ace for product, but the management is. The employees are not compensated as they should. As such I hardly ever support this store until their employees are treated fairly.
