Fantastic experience and well worth the small admission fee (incredibly they are a non-profit organization). The facility is beautiful, and full of education wonder for kids of all ages. The grounds and trails are exceptional, with a combination of peat or mulch paths mixed with wood walkways over wetland areas and ponds. I cannot wait to re-visit in late fall or winter for a whole new experience. This place is a must see.

A beautiful, peaceful place. Great for a nice stress reliever walk. We brought some friends from out of state and had a picnic at the park's tables. It was a nice quiet area and there were lots of birds and beautiful flowers.Make this place a stop on your list of places to visit in Michigan. You will love the natural beauty and sence of serenity.Come support this park and keep wildlife alive.Thank you Nature Center for helping preserve wildlife.

Beautiful both outdoors and in, Seven Ponds Nature Center is a fun, functional way for people of all ages to enjoy Michigan's environment. On the inside of the facility, you'll find educational tidbits on animals native to our wilderness, bird viewing, plenty of seating, an indoor honey beehive, plenty of activities for kids to explore, and a charming gift shop. On the outside, there is a menagerie of trails that lead you through the woods to the aforementioned ponds, and are mostly mulch-covered until you reach wooden docks. You'll find benches here and there on the wooded trails if you need to make a pit stop. More benches will be found on the docks. Some of the trails are steep, so watch your step! That it's affordable only makes the experience that more enjoyable.

Everything I've been to Seven Ponds Nature Center has been a great learning experience. Whether it was as a kid on school trips learning about the different forest animals and waterfowl, now taking my sons for a nature walk, or doing volunteer work on the Woodduck boxes I've always come away with more knowledge and appreciation for the environment and the ecosystem of of the great outdoors. All of the staff are super knowledgeable and very interested in sharing everything that they know about both the location, wildlife, and all things environmental sciences. I cannot recommend this place enough!

really pretty place, wonderful for children and if you have them, well worth the $3 entry fee. three stars because it’s very pretty, but personally i’ve had no desire to return there. but that’s just me! i think if you live nearby and have children, this is a wonderful resource.

Visited with our grandkids on a Saturday. They are 12 and 8 years old. They loved exploring the displays. We practically had to peel them out of the beaver dam display (which we were told is not uncommon, as it is a favorite with the kids) We were lucky to see the deer feeding during our visit. We will be back to explore outdoors (if it ever decides to warm up this spring!)

It felt like walking around someone’s nice back yard. They charge $3 a person. The trails were pretty flat but still not suitable for a hike with tiny people. Better for kids 6 and up in my opinion.

It's a small fee for the experience. The inside is without a doubt an experience for everyone all ages. Hand on learning, fun in exploring, and a gift shop too. Will come back again to visit gift store and explore some more. The trails weren't the best for seeing to many animals. we took 3 different paths and when were away from everyone else and seen 6 deer.

This place is just lovely! We visited one of their open houses and my child has a blast! There's a visitor center with a hands on learning area and a library and very nice nature trails as well as an herb garden and butterfly garden. I look forward to attending more of their activities.

Nice nature center. Cost $3 dollars to get in. Worth the price. Has a cool learning center. Trails are nice. Fun board walk area and a couple cool bridges. Usually see some wild life on my walks there. See deer just about everytime. No trail markings on nature center side of the road

BEAUTIFUL trails... Some on raised boardwalks... The nature center is so fun inside. My lil girl got to crawl through a beaver den. Lots of "stuffed" animals and birds to see. Even has a little library.
