Nice quality products and variety that you do not see anywhere else. We found nautical collars, dog "popcorn" that the dogs can enjoy with us during movie night and some new toys. Randy helped us find some bones to keep the boys busy too! The boys not only look super nautical in their collars but the collars are of great quality. They also love their brown trout squeeky toy - the texture of the fabric is very intriguing to them!

This is such a wonderful addition to our community! Quality products, knowledgable owners, and reasonable prices. Our dog Olive has loved every toy and treat we've purchased, excited to start buying our dog food from them too. Highly recommend!

So happy we came to this cute boutique to get our dog some treats. The staff was incredibly kind and answered all of our questions. They immediately put a bowl of water out for our dog and made sure he felt right at home! We even found the Polet’s smoked bones we had been looking for! Highly recommend and we will for sure be coming back to the Lakeshore Pet Boutique!

I was participating in the Thin Blue Shoreline Ride last week from Stevensville to Petoskey and we stopped in Douglas for lunch. Lakeshore Pet Boutique partnered with Everyday People Cafe and provided the most excellent lunch. Food was fabulous. We love when a community comes together and helps us honor fallen law enforcement officers.

I love this small town pet boutique. Wide variety of products. It is very clean and organized. The owner is very nice and has a passion for what she does. They don't have every item. But they do have what you need.

FANTASTIC boutique in Douglas, just a quick jaunt from Saugatuck. A MUST VISIT for every dog/cat loving tourist in town. The owners are incredible and will make you feel right at home and have such great insight for your fur babies. The selection of gifts, toys, gear, premium food, rare-finds and treats is UNMATCHED and very REASONABLY PRICED. The place is so WELCOMING and FUN to browse we never miss a chance to stop in and shop!

We had a lovely experience when we stopped in recently. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a large selection of ties and bandanas to help update our dog's "wardrobe". Our dog munched down the paw biscuit (supporting Ukraine pets) in no time!

A delightful store for dogs and their humans alike. Their special events, like pancake breakfasts w/ peanut butter (specially formulated for dogs) made on site by their culinary chef, make shopping fun for all, esp our 2 dogs.

Ordered a couple items for my kitty cat. The products were wonderful and my cat LOVES them! The customer service was excellent. I ordered my items from their online store and shipping was fast. A must-stop if you are in the Douglas/Saugatuck area and have a dog and/or cat. The shop is great and has high quality products. My dog loves everything she has gotten from Lakeshore Pet Boutique - dog bed, toys and treats. Randy is great too, very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was in the area so decided to stop in with my dog. I was greeted when I came in, but other then that there was zero interaction with me or my dog so we just left.Edit to the owners reply:There was no one in the store besides me. There were just 2 people talking behind the counter I guess were employees. Again zero interaction.
