They actually inspired me to buy a digital scale. I recommend you have one when dealing with them. I also don't like the bag of shake they passed as bud. Long time customer moving on. I love how they try to diminish my role as customer after my girlfriend sent an email with a photograph. You lost our business, get over it. I tried to post a picture of the half ounce of shake that was staff recommended.. ain't a bud in this bunch

In my opinion, the best dispensary in Saugatuck/Douglas for overall customer experience. Loyalty program helps you save big over time, though they don’t tell you your points automatically usually. You usually have to ask, but will often be surprised with a $10, $15, $25, or $50 off coupon.

Will always and forever love you! Green Koi’s staff are always friendly knowledgeable and super duper patient. But, I would also suggest that the customer should put in a preorder for sale items.The only time I waited more than 10mins to get in is when they were short staff and were with customers that had lots of questions.Your business is solid! Great place!! Very nice and welcoming atmosphere, and local friendly staff. My bud tender Heather was very personable and knowledgeable and did a great job helping me find what I needed. They also had great deals without the crowd of some chain places around.

This place is freaking awesome. The people know all about their products and explain what they have and how it works very well. They don't try to push a sale on you. The prices are great and the product is even better. I was in heaven while I was here lol, awesome experience.

Haven’t been in a while and just got an email reminding me of that. Figured I’d share why. There are some great people who work here, but unfortunately there are also a few queens who are incredibly rude and snotty whenever you have a question or a discount to use. I have been talked down to one too many times at this location, and think maybe they need to be careful about hiring people just because of their orientation, because that’s what a lot of it seems to come down to.It is for that reason I will not be using the promotional $10 offer (kind of pathetic really) Green Koi sent me. I’d probably get talked down to trying to redeem said offer anyway.

I do few reviews. But thanks are due to the knowledgeable and gracious service staff “BudTenders” at the Green Koi. This shout out is overdue in the first place, as I.have been a customer of Green Koi for all the years since pot, has been legal in Michigan. Green Koi has led the way with product and service as trends and products changed. Staff is welcoming and available for instruction and guidance about products. As a lifelong flower girl, I have since learned vapes and the convenience of pre rolls. My friends swear by Gummies and these experts at the Koi can guide you through pain management or trippin with that too. Anyway, I was in again yesterday with a lifelong friend from Ohio, where pot only recently became legal. It was, again, a fun and instructive experience. As old people (they call it the “wisdom discount”), we truly are grateful for gracious personal service. We have dispensary options left and right, but we still buy our weed at The Green Koi. Why? Thanks to all on the people team at the Koi.
