I had a wonderful experience at Fantasy Twirl. The staff was excellent, even though we were there right before closing time. They didn't make us feel bad at all, and they even gave us royal treatment. The prices were also very reasonable, I was actually shocked.We didn't realize they were getting ready to close until the open light turned off while we were ordering. As soon as we were done ordering, the interior lights turned off and tables started to get cleaned. We felt bad that we were there so close to the cutoff time, but they never once made us feel bad. It was a beautiful day and I'm sure the employees would rather be elsewhere, but they still gave us royal treatment.We ordered 5 ice-cream cones and one slushy or ice drink. The ice cream was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. We were very impressed with our experience at Fantasy Twirl and would definitely recommend it to others.Here are some specific things that I appreciated about the staff:They were very friendly and welcoming.They were patient and understanding, even though we were there so close to closing time.They were attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a great experience.I would definitely go back to Fantasy Twirl and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable ice cream shop.

Big portions, good prices and Hudsonville ice-cream, so that’s a win, win , win for me. Parking can be a bit tight when it’s busy but that’s expected with most ice cream parlours.

Our ice cream was a wonderful treat. I had a blueberry 🍨 sundae and my husband had a strawberry cheesecake ice cream cone. Its always fast service no matter how long the line is.

Do not let the crazy line of cars or packed parking lot scare you off. They are incredibly fast!The portions are generous without robbing you. Their prices are really in line with most ice cream shops.Personally, I have found a wonderful treat that I have never had before and have not found elsewhere: the old fashioned soda! Give it a little mix and it is fantastic!

The long lines proves their popularity and quality! Highly recommend! Just don't forget your cash since they are cash only!

Here i am again to tell you all that this is one of my top 2 Ice Cream shops EVER! Portions are huge and prices very reasonable, and the service is spectacular. Quality of the ice cream and other treats is great. The wife loves this place (went with her work friends and they had a great time) and so do the kids. I highly recommend you take the ride on a nice day and check this place out.

Generous scoops, this was a single scoop! Great value for the money. Plenty of flavors and options, something for everyone. Lines were long but moved very quickly. Lots of outdoor seating available. We live this place!

It was early in the day when we went like 12:30pm,they are open at noon. We ordered our choices and they only accept cash(heads up). The servings were very worth the price!! They have times when they are super busy and have ropes to direct traffic in the parking lot to keep things moving smooth. What a wonderful place. Lots of choices!!!!! Stop in and check them out, you won't be disappointed, just be patient 😉

Literally the BEST place in the world for ice cream- I'd say we hate it and worst service just to TRY keeping the line shorter- LOL but I'd be lying! Our family is there average 2 days a week when they are open, a family tradition for us, and we love supporting LOCAL! Their soft serve ice cream is unlike any other ice cream shop- I crave a Orange Flavor burst all winter long until they open up shop- the menu is affordable and large. Just note, CASH ONLY ♡

The hours posted here and on site say open until 9. We drove 20 minutes only to find that they had closed 15 minutes early. Just to be clear, we didn’t show up 30 seconds before closing time, we were there a full 15 minutes before posted closing time. In the few minutes we were there, there were probably ten cars that pulled in and drove away empty handed. That’s a lot of lost business and mistreated customers. They have lost at least one loyal customer in me tonight.

If you want the best ice cream in town and the large amount for a reasonable price this is the place to go! It's in the middle of the country which is fun. It's a great destination. The girls that work there are great. Love their Hudsonville ice cream!

First time visit - My Daughter-in-law who grew up in the area suggested it as the best place around. We all loved our treats & readily agreed - Oreo Parfait, Turtle Parfait, two cones & two walking tacos. They have a variety of basic food (dogs, burgers, walking tacos) as well as ice cream - Hard from both from Sherman's and Hudsonville along with soft serve.There was a long-ish drive through line, but we wanted to eat there & there was only one group in front of us in the walk-up line. Service was fast & friendly.

A wonderful little gem in the West Michigan countryside. They've got just about every type of ice cream treat you could desire: soft serve, hard serve, Blizzard-style sundaes with mix-ins, traditional sundaes with whipped cream and cherry, root beer floats, slushies... The drive thru is a nice amenity and there is a ton of picnic table seating, including a gazebo. Fast and friendly service and reasonable prices.

Got a banana split and asked for no nuts I'm glad I'm not allergic to nuts because I watched the lady go-to the sink and try to take off the nuts then put more whip cream on it and gave it to me note I asked for no nuts because I don't have teeth there was a long line so I didn't want to argue about it but I'm so glad I'm not allergic because I could be dead so be careful if u are allergic to nuts
