The staff is accommodating and friendly.The burger was so fresh and hot. Delicious! The fries were great as well. They definitely give you a lot, fresh and hot as well!They have reasonable prices with lots of options of food and desserts and we were happy to support local business as well.

Maybe it is just a childhood glow but this place used to be amazing.While the outside changes look nice, I'm not loving the quality.I have tried and tried again but I can't seem to get something worth going back.I've tried the chips and cheese and ended up with Tortilla chips with a splash of unmelted shredded cheese.I tried their caramel apple sundae which sounds to have so much potential but ended up being a red delicious apple, cut up, sticker and all with a swirl of ice cream and a bit of hot caramel. Hard no.They offer nondairy options but if you do anything than ice cream alone, what they don't tell you is they add regular milk to shakes and cyclones. You can ask them to use water instead but that also sucks. As well as their nondairy twist is not nondairy. The twist portion is frozen dairy yogurt 🤦‍♀️

Very disappointed. Whoeve4 was working today was doing something in the back. Customers were not being waited on. Finally someone comes to take my order at the drive-thru. They tell me to go park in the reserved spot. No big deal. I sat there and waited, and waited, and waited. No one ever came. I had to go up to the window and ask for a refund because I never recieved my order. Then the girl still could not give me the correct amount back. I will not be back.

Perfect little ice cream shop. Had probably the best chocolate shake I have had in a long time. Wife loved the strawberry shake. Daughters had twist with M&M’s and loved it. Fast service. Good atmosphere.

Always good ice cream. Now if you go through the drive thru expect a fairly long wait, walk up is much better. Of course peak times are always busy but any decent place is always the same. They also do a lot of other stuff on the grounds like car shows and farmers markets so it's always an interesting place to go for ice cream.

I love it here!! The owners are trying to make sure every customer is happy.Prove of inflation has hit, but that's everywhere.It looks a heck of a lot better than when we first started going 2 years ago. The new (old) owners had their work cut out for them and the improvements just keep on coming.I suggest everyone try it and if got some reason you're unhappy with it - let them know bc they WILL fix it for you!!!

Great Cones and service! We think the vanilla soft serve doesn't have as much butterfly as it used to. Maybe the recipe has changed in the last 5 years!

Usually love coming here. Today the lady at the drive thru window with dark brown hair was rude. She didn’t mind cutting me off, didn’t get my order right, then proceeded to tell me she repeated it back when she didn’t. My sisters order was missing items from the burger. When I asked for the Cherry Pepsi I ordered she came out with it and said “I’ll need 2.50 for the pop..”. Burgers weren’t even warm when I got home 3 minutes away.Not one smile, not one thank you, not one apology but still needing payment. I told her her attitude was “sh*tty” and pulled out. Usually service is great, today.. Not sure I want to go back.

Quality goes down every single year. Grew up with these guys. No longer enjoy going here. Feels like owner hasn’t put a dime into equipment and only has cut cost on products. Use to be best around. Definitely worth it to drive anywhere else now.Update for reply: poor quality ice cream. Watery, less flavor. You changed the parking lot good for you. Now make better ice cream. You know? The main point of your business.

The have amazingly large service portions. Love the different slushie flavors mixed with vanilla ice cream. Also chocolate dipped twist in a cone. We go here every summer for the past 3 years. Friendly staff and courteous. Wait time is worth it. They do get through the line quickly though.

We only come when the other shops are closed. Don't get the soft serve, it melts instantly. Hard ice cream is a decent price. Service is slow. Double check their math. I've been over charged 2x so far this year.

They have so many different types of ice cream and food, and they have mini golf. They have picnic tables that you can sit at, or you can get it through the drive through. Also, the ice cream and food is pretty cheap for the amount you get. Overall, it's an amazing place with so much more than ice cream.

Great place for ice cream and always adding new flavors. My favorite is their coolers, which is soft serve vanilla ice cream mixed in with cherry slushie! Wait times depend on the time of day but worth it.

We have been going to the Dorr Dairy Ranch for 30 years, and in our opinion, it's the best place for ice cream in West Michigan. We took our kids there, and now we take the grandkids. The soft serve ice cream is the biggest portion and best value we've found anywhere. We hope it never closes!

Insanely sized ice cream cones! If you get the large, plan on splitting it! We visited Saturday and of course expected a line. There was one; probably about 15 people in line to order when we got there. I'd say in less than 10 minutes, we were back in the car eating our ice cream! Wish I would have taken pics! My medium sundae was about twice the size of a large sundae at DQ and the caramel and peanut butter topping I asked for, actually went all the way to the bottom of the cup!

Very cute family business, the ice cream was very good. That said, they need to work on their pickup window procedure. The street noise makes it difficult to hear, there was a couple in front of us who had something missing from their order and were having a discussion with the server. My husband, who is hard of hearing, approached the pickup window and a server handed him a sundae which is what he ordered. He did not hear them (nor did I). Being first time customers he took the sundae offered, my cone was next, and we sat down. He seemed puzzled by the sundae he received as it didn't look like what he thought he ordered, but didn’t say anything. A manager came out with what was obviously the order he placed and told my husband he took the wrong order and he needed to “listen”. Seriously??Please consider a new system (perhaps a number for the order) that is more ADA compliant and do not shame your customers with disabilities

This place is worth the drive! The staff is all so nice and friendly, but also their service is fast and efficient. The amount of ice cream you get for the cost is amazing and everything tastes great! I recommend this ice cream shop to EVERYONE who loves ice cream!!

There's a reason this place has a 4.7 overall rating: It's awesome! I was in the area and gave it a try. First off, our stuff was ready super fast! I think we barely waited a minute once we ordered. I got a lemon lime slushie and a strawberry shortcake sundae. They were both great! The slushie had a great texture, and it was sour like lemon and lime should be, which I loved. And, come on, do I really need to explain why the sundae was good? That's what they're known for!
