We moved our family's prescriptions here from Meijer a year ago. We have been very happy with Jensen's. The app is so helpful. You can refill prescriptions through it and receive and send messages with the pharmacy. I've never had them run out of any of my medicines like I have with other pharmacies. And there's almost never a wait. They even deliver prescriptions, but we have never used this service. They offer the flu and COVID vaccines by appointment.

Yesterday I received a COVID booster vaccine at Jensen's Community Pharmacy in Dexter. Needed to make an appointment, which was a good thing. Got in fast, received professional service and was out the door as soon as the recommended rest period was completed. Great job, Jensen's.

We have all our prescriptions at Jensen's because of excellent, personalized service. The ready, friendly availabitly of Steve and Rob for advice and help is crucial for us. The entire staff is helpful, patient, and Jensen's feels very "hometown."

My husband and I made an appointment to have the latest Covid vaccines. We arrived about 10 min before our appointed time. Everything went smoothly, we got our vaccines, and I picked up a few birthday cards!! I would highly recommend Jensen's Dexter Pharmacy - always friendly and very professional!!

We love Jensen’s Pharmacy. Our medications are synchronized whichminimized trips to the pharmacy. Rob is always on top of the meds and which need to be renewed. Steve ( owner) is extremely helpful with OTC medication and insurance issues. Julie is always so helpful with ordering things, and making curbside deliveries on days when my back is really bothering me. We will never give up our independent, small town pharmacy.

I was so very impressed by the great care and kindness that was showed to me and my family upon arriving to Jensen’s pharmacy for the first time during the pandemic. The owner personally ran a prescription out to my car since I had a young child with me in the hot heat and he didn’t want me to go to any trouble of getting my daughter out of the car too.I thoroughly recommend this lovely pharmacy!

Very unfortunate to leave a 1 star for a pharmacist that was very nice. However, the miserable woman employee was very rude and unhelpful. Will never return thanks to her nasty demeanor and extreme lack of customer service.

Convenient pharmacy that has curbside covid testing, which is great.However, the staff member that helped me was quite rude. My appt to get tested was at 9:30a, I arrived at 9:23a and called in to make aware that I arrived. In a very rude tone he said "you are WAY too early, so you're going to have to wait til I'm ready." then hung up on me. As I was testing outside, his instructions on how to take the test were also rude. He seemed like he hated his job.

I am SO glad I took a chance on this place. Because they are a relatively new pharmacy, I was slightly apprehensive. We want sure how quick, astute and accurate they'd be.I have been with them about four months now for all my Rx needs and they are ON the ball. All I can say is thank goodness for Jensen's. When Dexter lost its last pharmacy, only the big box stores were left. The service is top notch, unlike the big box stores. Thank goodness for Jensen's!
