My Husband and I stoped by our Dairy Queen downtown Dexter for an ice cream treat. I had a small snickers blizzard and my Husband had a small chocolate malt. We have been coming here pretty regularly for the past 10 years. This is the first time we were quite disappointed. My blizzard was 90% plain ice cream. I had no big chunks and very few small pieces of candy bar. My Husband had a chocolate shake, no malt was added. Not sure what happened last evening. 5-3-2024 7 pm.

The kids love coming here. Staff is always friendly. We sometimes get a pup cup for the dog... big excitement ensues! DQ also helped the cub scout pack celebrate a successful orienteering hike with ice cream cones. Local = the best!

Worst Blizzard I have ever had. Told girl it looked and tasted like vanilla ice cream.Was told I could pay for extra. Got my money back and went to Hamburg DQ.Hamburg DQ does not skimp on ingredients at all. Totally worth the drive.

I am not sure if you always put peanuts on the bottom of the Peanut Butter Parfait but after a long, hard day it was definitely what I needed! It was so delicious! Never had had one before! ♥

My daughter and I went yesterday evening for an after dinner treat. Ice cream is allways delicious, but what really made our experience a 5 star one was the fact that the young ladies behind the counter took the extra time to put the cutest little face made with sprinkles on my daughter's ice cream cone. It truly made her day! Thank you Dexter Dairy queen staff for taking the extra time to make my little one smile. Keep up that excellent customer service and going that extra mile! We will be back!

I love this Dairy Queen location! It is right across from the park where you can go eat it. I have never had an order than was wrong and it is always fast. The staff are very friendly.

I've visited this location several times. I've never walked away feeling good about my purchase. For the price, I feel they do not provide enough compared to similar chains. Every time i have visited, I hoped that that would change.During my previous visit, which will likely be my last, I paid for a medium cone. When I picked it up at the window the person handed it to me with a chuckle. It was misshapen and lacking. The person who fulfilled my order might have been new and still learning, but I would hope that they would have been trained to not serve something that will obviously be dissatisfying to a customer.

This Dairy Queen is the heart and soul of the City of Dexter. People are always gathering here after sporting events or parades and the ice cream is always good.It’s also a great place for a lot of local teens to get their first taste of employment.I’ve also ordered ice cream cakes from here (the Oreo one is awesome!). You order and they turn it around in about a day and write whatever you want on it. Super easy.Would highly recommend if you’re in the area for a treat.Oh and to the other reviewer Tom H., pull the stick out of your butt man. It’s a fricken local small town DQ not the Cheese Cake Factory in downtown Chicago. I’m sure you’re little cone was just fine and you were butt hurt for some other reason. No one cares if you don’t come back and get bent dude.

Window service only Dairy Queen. Good service with friendly help. As the weather getswarmer they stay busy and parking gets tight. They have handicapped spaces.Great small town Dairy Queen. Check the menu with prices on their app. Theapp. also offers daily coupons.They do NOT offer meals or meal type foods here 😟.

It's Dairy Queen and it's a good one. Friendly teenagers serve you delicious air fluffed soft serve and you walk away happy. What more can I say? You can hang out at the umbrella tables and chat with your neighbors as they come by after the latest after school event. I've never said no to a Dairy Queen run in Dexter.

It's Dairy Queen. I lost all respect on anniversary of 911 they had a flag attached to the front under the serving windows with the bottom of the flag laying on the ground. People had steeped on it along with ice cream spilled on the flag under both windows. When I ask them to either display it correctly or take it down as not to be a disgrace to the flag some snot nosed girl saying she was the manager said it was fine and don't worry about it. Shame on her won't be back.

Great, but why so may calories? You should take out all the cream, ice, sugar, and salt out of the ice cream so it's low calorie too. Also that way you wouldn't have to charge us anything either because all you would have left would be water and you serve water for free. So become a water store, I recommend Aquifina as it't the best quality, and give out free water all day you can even be open in the winter now, no need to thank me.

Vary crappy me and my best friend had to wait forever we saw our drinks melting in the back for 10 minutes and there was four people working and they were taking two other people's orders. And we came back to eat lunch and asked for an artic rush they said they were all out and five minutes later a lady walked past with an artic rush! NEVER GO THERE THEY HAVE CAPPY SERVICE!!
