I’ve been shopping at Savons since I was 20.. I’m 58 year’s now. Very clean and always well stocked and have hard to find items, I love this neighborhood store.

Was going here for years for the kiosk to pay my DTE and Detroit water sewage and some times I will do some shopping 🛒 after I pay my bills. But now they took the kiosk out in July they want to charge 2.75 to use they're own computer to pay bills. Too bad you will missed extra money I was spending with the market cause you want to be Greedy.

Love the prices but I had two staffs so far that was rude. young make tall and your old lady staff in customer services. Love your jitney George.. BIG help and the light skin young lady. I'm new in the neighborhood and like the area. very kind older people they like to help and talk.

So much nostalgia. I had not been here in since a child. However, they literally had a great and large selection of items and everything I needed for my dinner and responsibly priced with nice looking meat. I will be coming back when I'm in the city again. Also, the customer service and parking was pretty. I gave it 4 stars because although it's clean inside and well stocked they could use more open space but overall good experience!

I use to love this grocery store. It's close to home prices are decent and it's clean. However the last few times I have came the service and employees has been horrible. I have a large family so I always have a full basket with 3 teenagers and two little ones and they all home from school because of pandemic. However the cashier's hate to see me coming they have attitude at amount of food I purchase and so does customers. Nobody should feel guilty for shopping for their family. So I will not return. I try to shop local instead of big retailers but I will not keep experiencing this

Truly don’t know how this store has 4 stars. Terrible customer service. Young cashiers are always rude with a nasty attitude. Bring ya boxing gloves cause you gone need em chile. Anywho, they take advantage of the folks in the neighborhood who have no other choice but to shop there with their outrageous prices and most of the time spoiled meat. The ceiling is literally caving in leaking disgusting contaminated water everywhere. Matter fact, the whole building is hanging on by a thread. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I live a block away and thought this place would be a nice grocery store, but their prices are quite high.Today, I just needed a few carrots and apples to feed the horses. And of course I ended up with a small bag of apples, 6 bananas, 2pears, 2 bags of carrots, and 6 peaches with dish soap.It wasn't very crowded, the cashiers are fast and bag your items. The store is very well stocked and clean.I'll go here for something I forgot to get, or for few items.

My daughter bought some food from here! It's a good place to go in a pinch! They have the best produce! Strawberries are So good! However, their baked chicken was dry and didn't taste good.

This is my neighborhood grocery store. Love this store. Love the young lady that's in there. She's always on the front of the counter. She's very professional. She knows her job and she take her job seriously. She get us in and out from a long day work. You don't want to be in a long line and those shall young people really really move. They move fast. Their store is very decent and welcoming, they have little figurines and designs above the shopping aisles, which I think is very pleasant. It's a little cold in there, but it's fine overall. Their meat isn't bad and the fruit is fresh.

They have your everyday needs at affordable prices. The beer selection is great however the wine selection is lacking. There is no fresh meat counter but they have a deli area with hit foods. Feels unorganized in here when you walk in just random racks all over with baked goods well processed package baked goods. They need a good bakery.

Store still ain’t shhhh. The rude girls from 6 years ago have been replaced with rude males. Cashiers are always on their phones or sleeping on the counter/ register. Today they gave one of my items to another customer. The only ones that do an awesome job are the maintenance man that mops in the morning. The blonde lady that’s usually stocking, she always greet you with a smile, and the security guard which you can also catch stocking at times. You three keep up the great work. Those kids need to be replaced!!

VERY UP SET. MY SON DIDN'T LOOK AT THE DATE ON SOME JIMMY DEAN SAUAGES THEY WHERE A WEEK OLD. I RETURNED THEM THEY HAD A ATTITUDE THEY HAD TO PUT THEM BACK IN THE BOXES ONE OF THE MEN TOLD THE OTHER WORKER I TOLD YOU PEOPLE WAS GONNA SEE THAT THE MEAT WAS BAD. SMH THIS STORE IS FILTHY THE YOUNG WOMEN IN THER ARE RUDE NASTY TALKING AND LOOK AT YOU WITH DISCUSS. THE PRICES ARE TO HIGH FOR NO REASON. ITS WATER DAMAGE IN THERE IT STINK AND ITS NOT WORTH SHOPING HERE. I WONT EVER SEND NO ONE THERE AGAIN

Supermarket was clean well-stocked prices display fairly well although a few items prices what hard to find. Stocking items it's done all day that tends to make traveling for car difficult. But that is very rare and really not much of an inconvenience. Cashiers are well mannered and don't mind my jovial platitudes from time to time. I shop there for convenience of travel but wouldn't mind going out my way if needed.

The aisles are a bit tight for someone in a power wheelchair going in the opposite direction of someone with a grocery cart, but this store seems to have everything I need at the moment, and they have good sale priced items. The cashiers all appear very kind and helpful. I appreciate the kindness and help I receive from the woman who stocks the shelves during business hours.

A bunch of kids work here and you wouldn’t even be able to tell they all so mature ! Thank you to the young lady I believe she told me her name was shay , very polite me and my grandmother loved her!!

I have been shopping at this store every since I was a little girl. This supermarket is convenient for a quick trip. The prices are outrageously and ridiculously high. For example a family size box of Cheerios can cost you almost $7.

We always go here, they always have good deals, but sometimes on the annoying occasion they raise the price on things that sell a lot. Which then backfires on them, making people not even buy what they rose the price on. For example, those Melissa Tangerines/Oranges. They were nice, juicy, big and delicious. Sold like crazy! Now they are barely selling at all because SaveOn wanted to get greedy and raise the price! They used to be five for a dollar but the rose the price to two for a dollar. Now they're in the store rotting away because no one's buying them.

My favorite super market. The prices are always great and there is never a lack of supply. The sales and deals are amazing. It's the only place in the city where I purchase meats.

Staff are friendly and store seems to be clean. Every time I go I have to check for expiration dates to ensure its not expired. Many times I report to cashiers that different foods are expired. This is an inconvenience that I often have to shop at Meijer when this store is much closer and smaller to ensure the food is not expired.

The store was organized in a neat manor, felt like a maze walking thru it but I can't complain. The cereal there is way over priced. $8 for a name brand box of cereal WOW I couldn't believe it. Hell there better be a remote control in the bottom of that box!!! Lol lbs

Not too bad for a hood store. Mike's might have a better value on meats and fresher produce but Savon has great sales, Personable staff, and is quicker.

The meat is usually old smelly and the owners will lie to your face that the meat is fresh so do not buy the meat,however with that said I would like to say they have some good deals on fresh fruit and vegetables so l go two days a week for those items.

I liked the many selection of foods in the store. One problem I had was with a cashier. I guess she had just got to work and came with an attitude. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
