I had the worst experience here last night (11/11/22) with the pharmacist! He is the most racist and vile person I’ve ever encountered! I had a hard time communicating with him! He refused to help me! I couldn’t receive my lifesaving medication! Terrible service! His name was Anand.

I picked up a prescription on September 12, 2019 and was charged $58.99. Last month I paid $20. I had to go back to speak to the manager twice. The first time the manager asked that I come back in 2 days while he looks for coupons. I returned 2 days later and the manager said "I informed you we could do nothing." Yet he continued to work with me. He asked the other pharmacist to work on it and I was given a $50 credit. GREAT JOB GUYS! THANK YOU!

If I could give 0 stars I Would! The manager ANA at this store is so awful , truly does not know nothing about customer service. I went today and was so rude and even started cussing at me. She sure did not act like a Manager, I would expect that Behavior from an employee but not a MANAGER! Worst service ever!

Good attention. My husband receives his medication here and they always have it ready on time. They take the care of calling on the phone when my husband has to pick up his prescriptions. Rite Aid has very good service

*Review of the covid testing - not necessarily this store*Did a drive thru covid test Tuesday 9/14 at 10:15am. Fast & easy.Drive away, was not told if it was rapid or PCR. I called a few hours later to learn it was PCR and results would be available in 2-5 days.Went elsewhere to get a rapid, as I was vaccinated but symptomatic. I was positive.Today is 9/22 at 9am and I still have not gotten any results from Rite Aid. I have received an email about 5 days later saying they are working on it but this is sad and unacceptable. Thankfully I had resources to confirm elsewhere but I will never rely on rite aid nor recommend anyone to use their services.

I would give 0 stars, but Google doesn't let me! The pharmacist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and raised his voice over the phone. I am a medical professional and I don't appreciate being talked to in an unethical matter.

This is the worst pharmacy I ever been to really sucks cause it's the only one close to me I sat in the drive through for 30 mins be for I started beeping my car horn then they told me they couldn't find my daughter info when I been there numorus times I came back and went in to talk to a manager they told me the he'll was not working but he went out and pressed it and it worked just fine so they where just ignoring me not doing their job
