I pulled into the parking lot to do some grocery shopping and I began witnessing one of the security guards holleig and yelling at a smaller female costumer who definitely wasn't a treat yelling in her face profanity thn stepped bfk and said I think I am going to make this interesting.........TYEN HE STEPPED BACK AND MASED HER RIGHT IN THE EYES.....SHE BEGAN CRYING AND THEN HE USED HIS BELLY TO BUMP HER OFF THE PROPERTY AND LEFT HER THERE FRYING UNTIL THE AMBULANCE ARRIVED THAT SOMEONE CALLED

TERRIBLE & RACIST !!! Treated me terrible the old staff was much better . I drove 40 minutes to get to this bakery and they refused to take me order at 1140 the bakery doesn’t close until 12 . The manager was rude and the woman at the bakery ignored me as if I wasn’t standing there . So when I got in the car after leaving I called to bakery just to see if they would service me over the phone and THEY ANSWERED!!!!! But refused me in person !!

Believe it or not this place has the best tamales around. if you don't believe me go check them out. I've had so many different varieties from restaurants and prince valley's tamales are by far the best I've ever had. they're stuffed with lots of meat and are not all dried out. Also their spanish rice is very tasty too. Amazing sweets and cake selection .

This is my all time favorite store.. I will travel over 2 hours once a month just to shop here for the rest of my life.. This place is a one stop shop . Bill pay, Kiosk,Mail service ,money center, lottery, Money transfer, and metro.. The freshest cuts of meat and seafood, Excellent fresh hot food options.. Exception bakery this is year 10 I've gotten cakes and pastries from Ernesto for my family events and B day parties.. Also great customer service and beautiful cakes.. This store is always well stocked and clean.. The staff is always helpful and welcoming.. Glad to see this store get bigger and better every year.. Happy to shop here I will be a customer here for life ..

I did some grocery shopping at Prince Valley Market today. The store was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I found everything that I was looking for and then some. I remember from back in the day when this was a Kroger Store in the late 1960's and the early 1970's. I plan to do some more grocery shopping at Prince Valley Market in the future.

Always fresh. I gave this review over 4 years ago. Never dreamed that I'd EVER edit it but then I NEVER thought I'd be distrusted disrespected or insulted. I've shopped here for over 2 decades; even before they were modernized and improved-mainly for convenience back then. Today I was accused of stealing. Because I guess thieves steal and then go to check out. I don't know because I'M NOT A THEIF. I was so shocked and shook that I allowed myself to have my purse unjustly searched. Edgar is a horrible horrible manager and person. I wish I could change my review to 0 stars. I and my family will NEVER shop here again. I go out of my way to shop here. Mr. Joe I'm hurt livid and plain mad. I won a drawing there years ago. I revoke Prince Valleys rights to my name and likeness going forward. There's got to be a better way to protect and monitor your site without falsely accusing shoppers. Because today, I was falsely accused and then Edgar brings out some grainy video that literally shows me checking my shopping lists in my phone and planner and then putting them away. DO BETTER.

Bakery!!!Would give 5 stars but at first they act like they couldn’t find my cupcakes. My daughter first birthday cake was soooooo beautiful; unicorn. It was so moist and fresh. Always getting our cakes from here

We don't do our monthly shopping here but this store has everything you need. This tends to be where we get stuff we forgot or just need and its helped us alot after moving here. Unfortunately it is almost always busy however, the employees are always nice. The young lady with braces and the woman with fancy nails (she did herself she told me isn't that awesome?!) They are always super kind even if it's busy and try their best to get the line moving.

I called them all week to make sure they could make my Grandbaby cake when it was time to pay for the cake they said the couldn’t make it very disappointed!!!! I would no recommend this place to anyone Baby business and I could barely understand them

Purchased some guac from here for my grandmothers birthday. Opened 2 days after purchase and 5 days before expiration date. She spit it out and said her tounge burned. I tried and i’m sure enough the guacamole was spoiled. Called and spoke to Ector and received terrible customer service. I will never patronize this business again, they sell spoiled “unfresh” foods and should stop exploiting the community with bad food. 0/10 do not shop here.

Very rude customer service at Metro pcs at this location. and they gave me the wrong email. The workers don't know what their doing their a bunch of rookies they don't know anything about phones . And they sold me a phone with a crack in the screen and didn't replace it or anything. Also late review this was 6 months ago. But my wife recently bought a phone from this metro and they were very unprofessional.

Way overpriced (all goods). Do not buy any meat here it is always spoiled. If you buy hamburger it is red on top but brown in the middle. You’d think during these hard times of the democratic administration inflation at all time high this market could keep prices similar to Meijer at least. The manager at Prince Valley didn’t even say sorry about the inconvenience of returning the nasty meat. Horrible customer service. The owner needs to use E&L’s meat supplier because they’re superb & CHEAPER! Most shoppers use government aid to pay so pricing isn’t a concern for them, but the owner takes advantage of it and needs investigated.Go elsewhere!

The store is immaculately clean, clear and beautiful lighting. I do admit prices are higher than I'm used to but I don't live on that side of the town. So it's not somewhere that I shop often. There's check cashing money order and there's even a DTE payment kiosk. Clean parking lot, and security. A wonderful remodel from years ago.

Years I’ve shopped there for everything from groceries to paying my bills. Never had I encountered an issue till today, I was in line when a old lady wash cashiering refused to ring us up after we were in line for ten minutes her light was on. Complaint she assumed I don’t speak English so I told her how are you going to refuse us because she wanted to leave so badly.

Associates of mine said they were going to another tamale company will not name it, I said go to Prince Valley, and he said he had never heard of it, so I Googled all the FYI.Here's the issue b4 we moved to Cally shopped @ the same Tamale company, he made reference to the following: once returned to the D their were no longer my go to.Thank you, PVM.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered a cake 3 weeks before my event. I asked for marble cake and Oreo filling…. First of all, the happy birthday writing was crooked.. the marble was not even all over the cake just in the center of the cake and not all over? that’s really lazy of them… then they were very stingy with the filling barely any and the cake was extremely dry. Also when I was eating the cake I chewed on something hard and I looked and they were egg shells in the cake????!! Like seriously. Never ordering from this place again. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a cake. Very disappointed.

There cakes are amazing!! Beautiful design. The store is nice and big. It could be cleaner, especially the parking lots . Mexican bread is okay. Simple. Lots of seasons chicken, steaks, reasonable price for the neighbor. Make surre you double check your doors when you get out sometimes bums and people hanging out. The store owner should do something but it good. Place to shop.

Always clean and well stocked. The bakery, especially the cakes, are to die for!!! I've never liked cake, but these are spectacular!! Store staff are polite, friendly, and helpful and the majority are bilingual, English and Spanish. Very convenient, being close to our house and hours are very reasonable. Recommend to anyone in or around the Southwest Detroit area, even if they're just visiting!

Customer service is great. Clean in an out management makes you feel like family. One stop shop pay bills, buy cell phones, play lottery, fresh meat counter and order from bakery, but small liquor selection order. Always smells good when you walk in.

Best cakes in Michigan. Can handle your catering needs as well. They have everything. The staff treats you like family. The produce is always fresh. The store has a home vibe to it. Cozy yet spacious. Something you have to experience for yourself. Stop by and grab a bite from their new kitchen while you there. You can not go wrong with anything on the menu. A couple months ago. They had a promotion, if you purchased more than $50 in store. You get a free cheese pizza. If that isn't enough to draw you in. The rhythmic sounds playing in the parking lot when you arrive will.

This is MY favorite grocery store! They have all the products I use. I live across town now, & still come 2 shop here. I love John, & all his employee's. Everyone is nice, & helpful... Also, if you're looking for good quality meats, a full line of spanish products. Or, even have a sweet tooth. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.
