They always treat me so right when I am there! The best part they have a bunch of local toys, local treats and overall for you to look at. Heck, I didn’t event know his (my little man Roosevelt) favorite toys were from in the Detroit area! It really is just the friendlies people I have experienced.

My husband and I dedicated our Saturday to finding our fur-ever baby, needless to say we went to a couple places and had horrible experiences. We decided to try out Premier Pet Supply, we went to the Shelby and Detroit locations and both were amazing. Shout out to Vincent @ the Detroit location, he was beyond professional & so helpful. We ended up adopting Remi & he is a perfect edition to our family.

Premiere Pet Supply saved the day in DETEOIT. Who knew. Came down to DETROIT and forgot my dogs cup of kibble. Found a Premiere Pet in n Washington and Clifford. Amazing service as always. Grabbed a travel bowl, treats and food. This company has got it goin on. Thanks as always Jeff!!

They have the wet cat food my picky munchkin cat loves. I used to have to order from Amazon. Everyone there is super helpful and nice. I appreciate that they cut nails there too. Favorite pet store for sure

This place is hands down my dog’s favorite place in the world.. whenever we take her out, she always wants to stop by to check out the delicious treats that they have in store! Here are pictures of her stubbornly refusing to leave despite the store being closed 😂

i asked the person at the counter for cat toy recommendations and gave them a “criteria” and wow, they picked out the BEST toys for my cat. my cat has been playing with his new toys nonstop and is literally playing fetch with himself right now!!! definitely coming back for anything i may need for my cat!!! customer service, pricing, everything was perfect!!

I have been a regular customer of the new downtown Detroit location since it opened. I've been trying to get an allergy issue handled with my French Bulldog, Edith, and I am beyond grateful for the staff at Premier. Everyone I've encountered there has been more than willing to invest their time and share their knowledge to help me find the best solutions for my dog.Sabrina spent a lot of time reviewing the results of an allergy test, and analyzed ingredients on different products in the store, providing me a list of foods likely suitable for Edith, and I feel like everyone truly cares about Edith's improvement.While the location is very convenient for me, I would travel to this store even if it was not. The level of concern for Edith at Premier feels greater than I get at the vet, and very refreshing in a time when good customer service seems a bit rare.In addition, the location is beautiful and welcoming to people and pets. They've earned my loyalty as a customer, and I can't recommend them enough.

I love this pet store. It’s the only spot I go to bathe my dog. The staff is friendly and helpful. Peticure does an excellent job grinding down my beast’s claws. Before Premier opened, there was a lack of dog services I needed. What a great addition to downtown Detroit.

We have been to self-serve dog baths near & far - from Ann Arbor, Ypsi & Trenton, to New Orleans & Mississippi - and not a single one compares to the quality of Premier Pet Supply Detroit! When I say it's clean - it is immaculate! Super affordable. Great shop. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Couldn't have had a better bath if we tried. Highly recommend Premier Pet Supply Detroit, especially for downtown dog parents. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back! 💯
