My dog is not fully trained and doesn't like his nails trimmed. His groomer took extra time with him and was able to get his nails done. He smelled so good and looked so happy when I picked him up that I know he was treated well.We were very happy with the service.

I really liked the cut but my appointment was at 1:00 and we was on time and was told it would be 4 hours we went back at 5:00 and didn't leave till almost 6:00. We was told it would be 60.00 but it was 69.00.

I got the bath package for my two dogs. They came out with such shiny coats, and for one of my dogs the groomer even did a free de shed. Their nails were trimmed nicely and they looked spectacular.

I have been using this service for quite some time. You guy provide very good grooming serves to my baby. The tech Sheena is awesome and i would recommend her to anyone. She make sure my baby is very comfortable and relaxed and is also ways polite and pleasant. But on the other hand you guys should provide coupons for frequent visitors.

They had a young lady name Sheena she was so good with my baby. He would come out like EVERYONE LOOK AT ME. I still haven't found anyone who can take her place, besides Champ had a thing for her. He always had to show her his "look at my walk of fame". Also looked so forward to seeing her. Sheena you sure truly missed by my baby Champ

This is not a pet grooming review. I had a question regarding changing the pet food for a three months old puppy. The store clerk whom answered the phone was polite, however, his listening skills was a "F." He wanted to dominate the conversation without knowing the reason I was calling. He could not talk over me and interrupt, and decided to listen. I'm giving him "3 stars" for the good instructions.

My husband scheduled an appointment for my dog for 1:30PM, When he got there he over hear the young lady saying she's not taking him he was suppose to be hear at 11am. No he wasn't the appointment was 1:30 my husband had proof of the text confirming, she says she's still not taken him because she had four dogs. That's not our fault your scheduling allowed you to over book and to be nasty about it on top of that. I will gladly take my money and business else where.

I wasn't able to get an experience for petco grooming at PETCO because I PETCO is only doing puppies and dogs now, and I have a kitten. So my coupon they sent me that has an expiration date isn't any good either.

The groomer was the only one working and super booked, she still called me ahead of time to let me know when my dog would be ready. The groomer was also courteous and friendly and my dog looks great.
