Just go do your shopping and that's it. Self checkout is long but fast and never really had issues here. Employees smile 😃 and I personally think that it's great to see no matter how busy things are. They're always there to help.

I don't particularly like shopping at this Meijers, I don't know who does the ordering, but it seems as though they have too much of merchandise that doesn't seem to move, and not enough of what seems to run off the shelves. A lot of merchandise isn't in the isle where it says it should be; you have to go look around and find what you need. Maybe they are rearranging the merchandise.Customer service needs an overhaul, The customer lines in the store seriously be almost to the center of the building, and the self-service lines be horrible as well.It's a busy store, you'd think they'd staff it better.

You have the worst leadership Anetha D. and employees but Claudine was very very rude at this location. They having side conversations with customers about fraud going with Claudine at customer service and before that anetha d on the phone talking as lines get longer and longer than Claudine was very rude when I asked for corp# and the store manager name but she laughed and then walked to anetha d talking about me lol I wasn’t there then didn’t give her name so I had to look on the receipt. This is why this is the worst location rude employees and leadership which is why no one wants to shop in person but with 3party because rude customer service with dirty store

This is a great location, Meijer. It is a super Meyer, so it has an extensive selection of all the things that you could need. It was well organized and clean and the fresh produce was pretty decent.I think I’m most excited about it seeing what this does and how this store will evolve overtime as the Michigan State fair grounds, becomes back active with Amazon employees as well. Easier to find clear directions and people were willing to help when I needed some assistance.

Man the disrespectfulness from the woman at customer service was wild. I tried to understand what was going on n yu can hear it her voice she wasn't the right person for the job. N they forgot to add our military discount. The discount is why we came the station the attitude is why we aren't going back.

This was my first visit to this particular Meijer location. I used to shop at one of the other store locations when I lived in Michigan, I was hoping to find my favorite Dolphins Crackers. Unfortunately, I didn't find them. I purchased a salmon and crab combination, which I had for dinner, and it was delicious! Will definitely purchase this product again.

This doesn’t make any sense he immediately came over to start gossiping with her after he waited until the two male customers in front of me walked away so the whole transaction she just talking to him I asked her something she didn’t even look at me then she yelled out declined and I was confused because my focus is on why do they think it’s ok to interrupt my transaction to sit their and talk to each other so I pay then go try to go to customer service but I didn’t see anyone so I came back and asked her and they still talking he ain’t help bag the items just standing their wasting space she didn’t even bag the items she told another cashier to bag them

I normally have a fair experience shopping the 8 mile Meijer. Lately while shopping I was approached by someone in the store asking me for money two different people during this one shopping trip. Also one thing remains consistent that 98% of the cashiers are rude. After waiting a bit in line they turned off the light and told me their lane was closed and sent me to another lane and there I was told they were only doing small grocery baskets and my cart was full of groceries. Not really sure how I’m supposed to pay I wandered around the store for a moment asking myself how can I pay for my groceries and get out of here. Thankfully they decided to open up a couple more lanes so I finally got to pay and leave. The cashiers seem to hate the customers. I thought maybe I would just keep coming back and will eventually win them over but after today and lately having strangers asking me for money I think I’ll move on and shop somewhere else.

At least this location almost filled the order. Left out all the frozen items. Got charged. The Telegraph store didn’t even bother to fill- had to wait 40 minutes. This place-8 mile- gave me 6 completely bruised and brown pomegranates. Shameful. I won’t be using the on line ordering anymore…

All in all good experience besides the long lines, you have to be patient for the most part people are nice and the staff is great It takes a lot to be the best one in the area especially when there’s only one in the area.

I will never come here again. I can't believe this is what my ground beef looks like. If I could I would give them no star at all! My photos show the date on the meat and I took a screenshot of the time and date on my phone to show when the pic was taken.

It’s so sad to see this store slowly declining from its heyday. Unorganized shelves, empty inventory, uninterested employees. It’s one of the last places I hope to have to go for shopping.

Whenever I shop at Meijer, I always find more than what I'm looking for... and generally check out needing 2 carts. I always thank the cashiers for their hard work. 😁

This Meijer gets three stars for entertainment. Visiting this Meijer was an experience.Upon entering I noticed there were no carts available. At this Meijer you find your carts randomly scattered throughout the aisles. Some of the carts that you find are empty and ready to use, while others are filled with groceries. It's like there were a bunch of shoppers that disappeared mid shopping as though Thanos snapped his fingers.Thanos does not discriminate though because he clearly got half the staff too. The shortage of cashiers is apparent as you have to move in and out of lines while shopping. The lines extend down the aisles. Thanos must have gotten the self checkout registers too. Only about 50% work.Would I shop there again? No but I recommend the experience for anyone who wants a laugh.
