Places like this are why small businesses are dwindling away. If your store hours are until 6 why are your doors already locked up and you’re ready to leave before 6. That’s just bad business a larger corporate would never.

I got the sweetest pet rat at this store today! Wonderful staff, Steve and Danny were knowledgeable and so friendly! They helped me pick out the perfect rat named Lucky. Lucky even gets along with my hamster! I also got an amazing deal on rat and hamster food from here. This is my new go to pet store!!!!

This place was pretty cool. They don't have a huge inventory. But he offered to order and stock anything I would like them to. They are little expensive but the convenience and service are worth it

The people are really nice but the prices have gone up a lot I went there 4 times in 2 weeks and I got the same fish every time because it died and I needed a new one for the others every time the price went up the fish are way to small to be charging 20 for a 2in fish and the price keep going up it doesn't make sense and they dont replace the fish if it died. also they dont have a discount

I bought my parakeet from here 2 years ago and continue to go every other month for his food or toys for his cage. I've been going for years. My daughter has gotten, over the years 3 hamsters. It is a very clean and friendly place to visit. The staff is very helpful and if they don't have an item will let you know when or if they will have it in the future

Called to ask for the availability of an item AND price because honestly, I had a last minute need. The owner (I guess) said they don't give prices over the phone. I get the idea of small businesses trying to get you in the door but, i wasn't asking for something that was an expensive or competitively priced item. It wasn't worth it to dare me not to come in. It was a very off putting experience. I'd probably rather hit Wal-Mart or anywhere else at this point. Terrible because this place was a part of my childhood experience. Customer retention guys?!!!!
