Amazing store, always clean and their prices are cheap especially compared to the other places around. Food Farm is the only store I will shop at. They truly care about their customers. They also have an outstanding meat department. They did not have the coffee that I wanted and one of the kind workers ordered it for me, something no other store in the area would do.

The store is clean, The cashiers have a good customer service again check cashing Laduree bill payment money order fruits and vegetables that are really overpriced but they know that people don’t have anywhere else to go in the neighborhood again so the store is very clean in the associates are friendly but I gave it three stars because they just overpriced things.

Let this store be your LAST resort.. They’ve been Raising their prices every week which doesn’t make any sense.. Sitting in the middle of a strong black neighborhood that supports the store you’d think they’d do better.. Go Somewhere Else..

This store is only for basic items . If you have no other option. Everything is over priced. It's in the middle of a black neighborhood and very little effort and care for customer service is involved.

Sadly, walked into the store which had a strong smell of urine... that definitely lessened my shopping experience for the newly remodeled store. The store management and staff did not seem pressed to correct the offensive smell as no staff were seen addressing it but you could visibly see the discomfort of all of the customers. The prices seemed reasonable on the items I purchased and the cashier was friendly upon check out.

Went here to take advantage of their end of the month holiday sale. I got 2 huge chicken pinwheels for about $5. The chicken was fresh surprisingly at that price. I also got ground beef that was also fresh and pink in the inside once i opened it. The workers are very friendly, you can view the sales online through their web site, and they have a jitney service to help with groceries. They have good deals and I will be back again!

Store appears clean at first glance. But then i observed a dead fly on top of fresh meat packaging. The sell prices seemed reasonable. I made a purchase. However nothing about my shopping experience warrants a return trip.

My favorite local market. Although their regular prices are kind of high they always have at least one excellent sale running. They also have *great* deals on fresh fruits & vegetables for EBT cardholders. The staff keeps the store clean, the food is fresh, and all of the workers are courteous & professional. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Good meat. Not the prettiest place. But what bothers me the most is all the dang candy on the food belt. I cant put but a couple of items on. Makes the wait time in line longer. Also they can use a deep cleaning on them floors. Employees are nice

I had a verbal confrontation with a Cashier which created a bigger scene in the store. The store cashier lied and said I gave her a coupon after the transaction was done. I did get very upset and I don't blame management. This was the result of an individual employee lying on me that caused this drama.

Convenient. OK overall. Prices high, but you pay for not having to run to the Suburbs for some items. Clean. Safe. Most employees are friendly and respectful - especially the Security Guard, who's watching to see "if" you're a thief, but not "treating" every customer "as if" they were....But look closely at Every item in this store. Every item.ALWAYS check dates for expired/near-expiring shelf items, check the roots/stems/ smell for rotten produce -- and meats that are brown at the bone or on the package bottom - Smell them...."Maybe fine," if you're "cooking everything up and eating everything up That same day as you purchase it" - if not, Buyer Beware....

Food highly over priced. Stores like this are great for the area considering there are little to no grocery stores near this area. But you prey in your customers with awful price points where people young and old are forced to purchase these goods at an elevated price because....well the next best thing is a CVS.Not to mention you cant even cart your groceries to the parking lot because you also have that corralled in as well, so customers are forced to make multiple trips for their groceries.Staff is nice. Idk about the owners but they need to make their selections more affordable considering your store is placed in a low income area. Because right now you look like vultures.

My go to neighborhood market, they're getting better but they should make sure they don't talk smack about the customers when they're lotto machines malfunction. People play them because you put them in there, don't say negative things against the person for others to hear when you have to come from behind your piece of plexiglass to fix the problem, you're an entrepreneur, your first concern should be the customer's concern for the machine taking her money and her not getting her product. But low key, they don't respect us, it is what it is, however our EBT dollars, and lottery playing, and check cashing affords them the ability to send money back home, drive good, eat good, live good outside of Detroit Michigan and pass on an inheritance to their children's children. I wish we could get it together, treat each other right and open our own grocery stores to do the same for our families but we'd rather be victims of the systemic plot against us and make excuses for not working smarter and harder.

To be a grocery store in the heart of a minority/ less fortunate neighborhood I rate them POOR! Prices are ridiculous! The only reason most even myself shop there is because it's the only store around. Produce is not great the only thing that is a true blessing is they have wonderful cashier's particularly a woman with short hair she usually has sparkles in her hair is love her! And the security guard is very nice. They know they can do better!

Products are over priced you can get more for your money at stores like Wal-Mart Kroger and Meijer groceries. Much of the fresh vegetables are already old and spoil quickly once you get it home like wrapped tomatoes, strawberries, etc can be mold in bottom wrapped in plastic. Potatoes and onions can have rotting inside the bag. Sometimes there are mold on vegetables and fruit in packages in the fresh stand. The store is clean, and the cashiers are friendly but overall the produce is over priced and not fresh.

I love this neighborhood grocer. They are reasonably priced. I always get fresh greens and vegtables from here. They have services we need, like your packages can be delivered here if you not home.
