Eh… all of the Family Dollars in the city are pretty much the same…understaffed, unorganized/messy, and employ workers with poor customer service skills. This store isn’t any different. I only gave it 2 stars because of convenience. It’s sad that the only options to shop for household items in the inner city are limited to CVS, Rite Aid, Dollar General, Family Dollar, or a corner liquor or grocery store smh. Pitiful.

Just left this location about a hour and a half before closing and the manager or who ever she was had terrible customer service and her language wasn't english at all .... She refused to sell certain items because she already had her count in! I'm a little confused I thought as long as the doors are open everything in the store is for sell!

Went in to purchase Clorox liquid bleach for colors but they no longer carry that in stock but instead have it in the powder form in a box. The store was well stocked as I walked throughout the store. The employees were courteous/friendly and checked us out in a efficient/timely manner.

I take my granddaughter there all of the time to do her household shopping. Yesterday, I thought I would get some bread to save me a stop at the grocery store but they didn't have any. I bought a Christmas card there that I thought was $2 and the cashier let me know that it was only $1. Like most stores with long lines and one cashier, it wasn't until it was our turn at the register that they decided to open up another register.

Zaria.. Cashier that took care of me was great... Great customer service. She called next in line, when someone tried to cut.. She let him know in a nice polite way that i was next.. Around 7:00 pm... She needs a raise because you dont find good workers like that often.. Sorry not sure how to spell her name.. But she was great

I like this family dollar and the staff for the most part. Because of the location and the crowd that it brings, you can view this store to be a short shop in and out. The traffic makes it unsafe for you and your vehicle.

This family dollar is always messy, smelly and ghetto. I wish they would do better and clean up! A little fronting and facing can't hurt anybody. Plus put new merch on the shelves other than seasonal. 🙄

Relatively organized and decently clean. Lines are long, usually only one register open. But, I've always found what I was looking for plus this location has an extensive automotive and home repair/supply areas.

The store was clean and yes good customer service but when they are issues and the managers that’s there can’t help what are you surpose to do ?I have been patient enough and the thanksgiving holiday is over and i still haven’t heard anything regarding my matters and issues I have a reference #Through the corporate and I guess I be having a lot of reference # until my matters is all taken care off

The savings are there! These diapers would've cost me 35.00 some place else 92 for 25.00 great savings instead of paying 10.25 for 22 a week. I see some more sales in the store that I will be returning for!

I went to family dollar today and i was really refreshing to see that the store was clean and the cashier was on point with his customer service. He greeted me as i walked thru the door. I had a overall great experience today. Keep up the good work

Following CDC safety recommendations for social distancing. Staff wearing masks and gloves. They were pleasant and knowledgeable about inventory. Best I hope for during trying times.

It's okay considering the area where it was at. The manager had a snotty attitude but not towards me, maybe she had a bad day. The security guard was cool.

I love going to family dollar my favorite is the one on Alter Road and Mack in detroit they are so respectful patience and know there store I love the Manager she needs a triple raise if you ask her for help she takes you to what you want.Ten stars💝💝💝

Visited family dollar on 3 separate occasions and locations. Shelves were either totally empty for many products.Dish pans in all locations drew a blank..seems there maybe a low production on plastics.

Theres really nothing special about family dollar its what you see what you get its a good place to grab everyday items dont expect too much friendly service and it definitely depends on the area its in !!!

They stopped me and asked were my shoes and jacket were then asked who I was with which I was with my husband they threatened to call the cops because I wasn't wearing shoes or a jacket they then took a picture of our plates I will never be going back
