Bad place for anyone to shop.Soon as you walk in the store, you can feel the tension there.So thick that there’s a lot of negative aggression and hostility from the female store manager; to the workers that stock the shelves and counter register clerks.It was my first time going there; and my last. Because it a family owned business; and that family whom was aggressive, after purchasing; $45 worth of property merchandise there.I would advise anyone to use another store location. And Not That One.

I go to this store at least three or four times a week. I mainly go just to 'look around ", but I somehow always manage to leave with a few bags of things I need. The manager is nice, but I think she's a little underappreciated for all the things I see her doing but all the employees are nice, helpful, and organized. Have a good day all,,

Slim short lady with glasses I assume to be a manager ALWAYS has a rude nasty attitude about changing incorrect prices. It's not my duty as a customer to look at tiny dates of when the sticker was made or whatever. If you have an incorrect price sticker advertising an item it is supposed to be honored with no argument from staff.She tells me the prices change everyday so I asked why they don't change the tags everyday to reflect that 🧐🤔 if corporate can find the time to change prices in "the system" of this billion dollar corporation EVERYDAY they have more than enough resources to figure out how to put shelf tags up everyday if need be 🗣️This happens at every Family Dollar I visit and I'm really trying my best not to shop there anymore. It's always something. Never a pleasant experience EVER at any location 😐

It’s a manager that disrespectful and can’t talk right to people. This store needs to close. I have call corporate and no answer. This lady wouldn’t give me her name. She have disrespect my mother and auntie. She tried to fight my mother because she ask her to look at the sign that says half off on the shirts. She didn’t want to do her job at all. She came to work to fight. Now if she had hit my mother it would had been a problem. She called the police but they look and see that this woman was in the wrong. She need to be fired. If nothing happens I’ll be getting a lawyer on this. Stop hiring crazy people that can’t take care of y’all business. Plus the store is nasty. Never stuff on the shelf. Close this store down

Extremely rude workers. I asked a simple question and he gave me the most sarcastic answer. They owner should really do a better job at hiring good workers instead of lazy ones who don’t want to help paying customers. I will not be coming back to this location until they hire better workers that do their job. There is also always homeless men stand right next to the door entrance making me and my family extremely uncomfortable. I’ve told the workers plenty of times and they don’t care. The lines there are also very long because they only keep one cashier, so be prepared to stand in line for 5 mins. I’ve never seen a family dollar store so dirty and nasty like them before!

Horrible store, manager overcharged me and when I asked her to fix it she threatened to beat me up, took receipt, made horrible comments to myself and the people with me. All around horrible experience, she really needs to be fired and I don't know how she became a manager she's profiling everyone that comes in. IF YOU USE EBT IN THIS STORE WATCH HER SCAN YOUR ITEMS, SHE IS KNOWN TO DOUBLE OR TRIPLE SCAN 1 ITEM. MAKES YOU PUTBAG OR PURSE BEHIND COUNTER BUT ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE. WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY RECEIPT BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE NO WAY TO CORRECT IT OR COMPLAIN. MA I ES FUN OF PEOPLE FOR PAYING WITH EBT. RUDE AND THREATENS PEOPLE, NEEDS POLICE CALLED ON HER AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR HARASSING CUSTOMERS JUST TRYING TO MAKE PURCHASE AND LEAVE. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON HERE AND FIRE THIS WOMAN, YOU WILL BE SUID BY SOMEONE BECAUSE OF WHAT SHES BEEN DOING AND GETTING AWAY WITH UP UNTIL THIS POINT.

Long line and only one cashier. Saw another employee in the aisles with her kid at work helping her put away store items. When I asked if there was another cashier, she got rude with me. Said her 2 items she had to put away were more important than helping this 20 minute long line.

Family Dollar is one of my favorite stores. I recently bought a curtain rod and it worked ok BUT the only thing is BUY YOUR OWN SCREWS. Their screws OR nails whatever they give you are NOT STRONG ENOUGH. I bought AT FAMILY DOLLAR a container of different screw sizes. They worked BEAUTIFULLY. NO PROBLEMS HOLDING MY CURTAINS UP.!!!!!!

Wow talk about unprofessional. You do not want to stop in here. I am waiting as a cashier is ringing up a customer whose bascart is literally overfilled with small items, another cashier mopes in and over to a register with phone in hand, glances at me fumbles around the register, phone in hand, glances up at me again. I ask shall I approach, she nods. I ask if they carry kerneless popcorn. I don't know what you talking about she states. I leave it alone. Rings up my order gives me change, mumbles. Excuse me I state. I don't have any paper in this machine she mumbles. Horrible customer service. Training is desperately needed in this establishment. I will avoid this Family Dollar.

Myself and 2 out of the 5 people ahead of me were treated unbelievably awful by the very rude, loud and ignorant employee behind the counter. It was almost entertaining except I though I was going to have to call the cops to get her to give me my stuff back...smh it was an absolutely rediculous experience!

This location had everything l needed so when it was time to check out cashier said they didnt have any change what now then she asked me to go get change bring it back for my stuff 😆😆 no way lm going to help the store that suppose to have change so l left drove to another store that had change its a shame on a friday at 12 noon no change 👎

This location Never has the things listed in the sales paper that I go in for! The sales associate doesn't seem to care because she or he always gives A blank look. I prefer to go a half mile down to Dollar General.

I loved family dollar. What ever you need for your home, personal ideas, diapers paper plate clothes soap you name it and you can find it at Family Dollars they even sell groceries. Family Dollar is starting to turn in to a Bank. With your debit or credit card, you can deposit money in your bank. That is convenient because we don't have no banks in the city of Detroit, or let me say you can count them on our hand.

Worst Family Dollar ever. Inept staff, the isles are always a mess with trip hazards left and right and there are two registers but they're never open at the same time. Be prepared for a long wait and bad attitudes. I'll never shop here again!!!
