I was a customer and former employee at this store and it was a horrible experience the manager and crew are very rude and fake, My drawer kept coming up short(except 1 good employee was nice) and the store is always a huge mess with a ton of unrealistic expectations for the crew to do and very rude unhelpful crew (except 1 employee)

It's decent nothing special except they're open till 9p even on Sundays they've had some news worthy activity in the past some years ago but overall just typical I normally find what I want and the prices are ok considering this inflation also workers are nice as well especially this young kinda tall new manager they have he's always out stocking shelves

Well I only visited the store a few times, However today I was shopping for Christmas items I noticed the store manager kept passing by the isle that I was in.. he was really watching me as if I was going to steal something. I work hard for my money and I live in Detroit I prefer to spend my hard earn money in my city but because of how our own people treat us I'm always out in other cities shopping.. that experience was horrible I will never be a customer at this store again...

Not an appealing or neat store. Boxes were left in aisleways, shelves were not stocked well and lines at register were backed up. Wanted to reload a debit card but team member at register had to yell out loud several times for manager to come to register and he took a while before showing up. As soon as he finally shows up to start the process, the store's power went out. Needless to say, I promptly exited this place.

I truly despise this Family Dollar. It is straight up ghetto as hell, their inventory is always a mess, and they NEVER open on time. If it says the store opens at 8 am, then it should be open at 8 am, NOT 9am or whenever you feel like it because you claim your system is down. Totally unsatisfactory and unacceptable. If I ran that location all of that would change in an instant. It is issues such as this that make a store end up being shut down because of piss poor service and employees with poor attitudes.

Good family dollar, its in the "hood" off of Southfield and school craft. They actually have a very large variety of products and whatnot. They even have a lot and f past holiday items that most stores do not and at a great price. The manager actually checked me out and made sure everything was correct and good for me as a customer. I will go back there before I go to the one by me.

The cashier was on her cell phone at the check out... this is THE DIRTIEST Family Dollar... the stores and homes in this certain area look too nice to have such a trashy store...It's very junky inside; CLEARLY OWNERSHIP does not give any CARE about this store... & it shows.I only have TWO stars because what I went to buy was a quality product and priced just right and the clerk, on her cell phone at the check out who didn't greet me or say have a nice day, was speedy...I can't stand coming here. Only because it's close to my house for quick pick up items.

The freezers were broken. They were under staffed for the night. The best part was the nice and courteous cashier. It usually has better days but I guess yesterday was not one of them.

I bought radio for 28$,it didn't work I lost my receipt,I was told to bring it back,Tony would take care of me,once arriving the cashier who I bought the radio from was on duty,I asked if the manager Tony was in ,she said he'd stepped out for a while, I told her my situation,she was so rude to me,I then asked her to call her manager Tony if it wasn't a problem,she did,he told me I was out of 28$ and my radio...!! So I left and called corporate,they didn't do anything to resolve the issue,,Family Dollar suck,

They were stocking shelves and had islies blocked, when I got there. When one person found out I need something from the isle they were in, they went out of their way to help where needed. I feel it was good customer care.

The casher wanted to help her put items in the bag i asked to double my bags and them asked a gentleman to her he told me that she doesn't have to and the young. Lady told me not to come to the store 10350.schoolcratf want be going back

While walking up to the entrance an employee outside smoking a cigarette I said good morning she said there was nothing good about today I went in to grab what I was looking for I paid for my items only to get shorted 20 cents in my change I'm not understanding this SMH where did basic math skills go

They dont ever have two registers open the lines are always long and the store is always messy. Barely can navigate through the aisles.
