I used to work here. They tell the employees to make different google accounts and make positive reviews. They’re awful, the manager encourages awful behavior and lazy habits. The manager literally got mad at me for picking up a store call while he sat by it ignoring it. It was an elderly woman trying to save an unnecessary trip in bad weather. They usually don’t have anything in stock. The attitudes are awful.

Why are they always closed, and never organized. I have been a Manager for 6 years. The whole store needs a revamp. Manager there is always 😡 and rushing people out. Lead by example people

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The female staff is unprofessional. The assistant manager a white male was handling a customer he asked the customer did he have a smaller bill because they didn't have change. The other customer got mad and said that it wasn't her problem the store doesn't have change. He kept his head down told the lady I am not trying to be disrespectful and the continued to ring up her son who was also cussing him out. The a girl who wear glasses who works there came from the back and told the assistant manager to shut up. She let the customers cuss at and threaten the assistant manager. As she did the same. Meanwhile the manager is standing here ringing up customers saying nothing. The store is filthy you can't find anything the shelves aren't stocked its boxes everywhere. Its U-boats up and down the isle with stock on them but no stock on the shelf. The employees are rude and ghetto. The store should be closed and reevaluated.

This is my favorite Family Dollar. I went there on my way to work on Monday, August 13th around 7pm, and I was looking for 2 things in particular++ a blue tooth speaker and an oil diffuser. The people working there were so helpful and nice. They found both things for me and did it cheerfully. I go out of my way to go to this location.

Very unprofessional!! One of the cashier (woman) was telling a customer do not purchase a headset or earplugs. I forgot which one. It was cheap and would tear up. The other cashier (man) was eating his pizza while waiting on me. The store wasn't tidy at all. Boxes in the middle of the aisle.

I love family dollar because this store has alot of affordable items you need for yourself and for your house to buy. Also the employees gives excellent customer service, helpful, nice and friendly. The store is neat, clean and organized for easier shopping too!

the store was very disorganized 😒 the cashiers were very rude and got mad because I didn't have exact change 😒 oh and when I asked for balloons I was informed that the helium wasn't turned on and they weren't going to turn it on. I feel bad for people who have no choice but to shop there .Such a waste of space 💯

This Family dollar is the worst I've ever been to , the associates are always rude and never speak or say hello, they be closing much earlier than the store supposed to close , they should really hire an all new more professional staff ,I love shopping at family dollar but the characters in this store need to go !

I went there to buy a 10 dollar gift card for my brother as a gift. They told me i can't put less than twenty on the card at the location. Not to mention it is messy and disorganised. I dont plan to go there again.

The place was over stock and messy, and one of the worker made a loud personal phone call near the register that was distracting and prices were high spent 88. 00. for things that I could have gotten cheaper at Walmart, I'm sure.
