Over last 2 months I've only seen them open twice. Very out of the way considering I have to walk 2 miles to get to the store. The 4 times I've gone to the store it is closed.The sad part is there is a SafeLink phone guy out front saying you know where you're at Joy Road and Evergreen if they're open at 12

Out of all the family Dollar stores, I like this one the best. The employees are so sweet and kind. Today I wasn't feeling very well and had just got off of work and the cashier ( African American female 20-30's) was so nice to me . She was pleasant, smiling,aND courteous. She made my day for being so sweet to me when I really needed it.

The new staff cleans better than the staff from a few months ago but they’re still Rude. The women don’t speak when you come in. They’re always on their phones and they NEVER ask you if you need help finding anything. The old employees service was better.

I politely asked the manager as soon as I walked in if I could possibly use the restroom before I shopped, and she was walking away and dismissive the whole time, even before I could get my question out.. her reply to me was, “with all that inventory in the back? That’s all I need is to let you back there..” as if I were trying to rob the place or have access to something to steal.On top of that, they don’t have shopping carts or Apple Pay.

They always say they don’t have things even when the truck comes to restock the items you are looking for. Now the employees are keeping the sanitizer and a bacteria stuff and the alcohol to they self or they just selling it to people that they know which is VERY WRONG! have witnessed this myself so it’s not nothing I heard! this is wrong it should be a stop NOW! People dying all around the world everyday and we are in the middle of a pandemic.it’s just selfish for the people working for this company to do this!

Store is in disarray constantly. Look like the Tazmanian Devil went through and destroyed the store. Floor is always dirty, parking lot full of trash and broken glass. Needs a complete overhaul.

The Family Dollar staff is always friendly and helpful. The stores in the Detroit areas seem to lack cleanliness and organization. Around the store and parking lot are littered with trash. Why? The Family Dollar stores in the suburbs are better maintained. Shame!

Too many boxes of merchandise to be put away and not enough associates to put it away. A very unorganized store, but the cashier was very courteous and polite.
