You put up barricade so that those who are wheelchair-bound cannot come to the store have a rude indignant hostile ratchet so-called manager that should have been fired. You know it's bad when a fire lieutenant two of them building and safety inspectors can all say how unprofessional this is. You should just close this location and find better so you can stop lying to those that are disabled and saying you can't make reasonable accommodations for wheelchair scooters and walkers. When you try to find area district managers everybody goes in the corner and hide you can never get anybody live with customer service but it is my family's duty to constantly make sure you get ticketed for not making it accessible for those that are wheelchair Walker and scooter accessible under Americans with disabilities the stories nasty. ⚠️☢️ 🤪👎🏼 Not kept clean at all.

Today Friday January 25th 2024 had to wait till someone unlocked the door to get inside then unlock the door to get out smh this store is going down down. Down shame cause if the owner really cares this should be one of the best stores on the Blvd but it's not store not fully stocked why is this location even open it's shame the owner doesn't take pride in this location pay people right they will work get the right help to get the stock on the shelves keep store clean wow l still had to go to another store smh

most employees are extremely rude, the store is a mess and they constantly close early and just yell at people in the parking lot “WE’RE CLOSED”, I get they don’t get paid enough but whoever’s in charge there just doesn’t care about doing their job or providing any customer service, this place should be shut down

The old manager lady in there is rude they all act like they dont want to do theyre jobs i just went up there this morning and the hag was rude off the bat i asked a guy they had behind the counter for some wraps(cigarellos) and he said i dont work here i said my bad, she gone be rude and say he know you dont work here, actually i didnt though they hiring new people eryweek, a customer asked for help and she ignored them the three times they asked during my visit here and she didnt even make eye contact with the customer the least they could do is say good morning like if u hate your job just fukin quit smh dont ruin peoples morning i had to speak over her rudeness hold my tongue and say good morning to you too lol dont go here they are also setting theyre own prices over taxing

Worst family dollar on earth!!!! Totally unprofessional, ghetto, dirty, nasty attitudes, customer service was zero. I didn’t know who was the employee or someone they just hired and said just come in a work the cash register. I mean my lord!!! No training, no nothing. I’m ashamed to see this in the community. We have to do better. Will not by no means return to this location. Corporate office needs to shut this store down effectively today!!!!

Worst place around, if I were dying in a post apocalyptic wasteland and this place appeared... I'd keep going. The young lady at the register was very pleasant, however, the manager is probably one of the worst humans on earth. Definitely don't recommend this location.

Not worth going to the staff is rude it’s like they don’t want you to shop there I’m stopped before goin into the store because they don’t accept card that’s fine but then I get into the store and they want me to wear a mask so I asked do you have any available for to purchase so I can come in they say no and tell me to go across the street to buy a mask that they should have for sale

I shop at Family Dollar stores a lot. But I will not go back to this one. Rude staff with a "ghetto" attitude. Ailses blocked, prices ring up higher at check out than marked on shelf. This store is a mile form my work so I thought it might be convenient, but after two very negative experiences I wait until I get home to go shopping. I just left a cart with about $60 of merchandise at the check out counter after the clerk literally yelled at me.

I really just wasn't impressed with this place. it didn't seem clean the staff didn't seem nice the prices didn't seem cheap and the customers were kinda creepy.

Sign says you close at 8. I went to grab some rice at 7:45 and the door is locked. Cashier was emptying the drawer and yells "we're closed". 👎

It looks better after the remodel. Good customer service. They need to add a little bit of inventory some of the shelves were bare.

This is the ghettoest family dollar I’ve ever been to in my life , I came in there with a plastic bag with money in it in my bank card and ID after walking on a work out going in the store I was harassed by several members .threaten me to leave . They also threatened to have me escorted out as if I don’t have police friends . They also have synthetic hair wearing no high school diploma Customer service presented and young dumb ghetto black men , that was harassing me too they all doubled up on me I suffer from ptsd

The family dollar is ok. Their selves are always stocked. One of the only family dollar's I've been too where im able to find whatever without going through clutter . The only thing is be prepared to be hound at the entrance by beggers everytime you visit.

Fell into a pothole in the parking lot in front of the store and fractured my ankle. I will be taking legal action. I called to let them know and they've showed no remorse and said "oh well". I will NEVER come back.

Horribly rude and disrespectful staff. Most items prices are not labeled right. The staff curse in front of kids. Staff don't wear uniforms and smell like weed smoke.
