Unprofessional yesterday I got accused of steal surrounded by at least 7 employees the employees accused me of stealing didn't want to check my bag the don't know how to talk to customers and they charged me and didn't give me my item they are mad because they are getting accused of stealing I just felt yesterday they offended me wen all you had to do was come up to me professional and asked not how I was asked yesterday I will be reaching out to the manger this was uncalled. For and unprofessional for a paying customer..

This was my first time going in this location, I have been an avid Family Dollar shopper since 97-98. I like this store but the staff from the manager on down are very unprofessional and use very inappropriate highly offensive language.

Wonderful customer service. Can get the most for your bucks. Ever though sometimes they may not have a lot of products (blame that on who sends their product [Family Dollar Corporation]) the store is organize and clean. Will continue to shop here versus Dollar General any day!!!

It was so dirty and nasty! The store looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The front of the store has trash everywhere!

Overall, I am greatful that a Family dollar even exist in my neighborhood. Recently, on 4-4-19 the store manager went above and beyond in assisting me due to my disability. In addition, his team/coworkers on that day at that time at this location were very polite and courteous. Truly, we had a good laugh that day the two female employees were so jovial with laughter one was in tears when I left the store as the store manager brought my purchased items to the vehicle. Lastly, I will definitely be shopping here to keep my black dollars in my community.

Good customer service - most were friendly. Not very well stocked. Many products missing from the shelves. You must have close to exact change. They don't like to break big bills and give a lot of change back to customers.

If i can give them 0 stars i would. First the inside of the store is barely organized. Secondly the cashiers take their slow ass time getting to the register. And lastly yall parking lot have to be better. They have a sinkhole toward the end of the parking lot. Which my vehicle was stuck in that deep ass hole for 45 mins. I need theor corporate office number to let them aware of it. No safety cones, no caution tape just all bad!!!

The store stinks & the manager gave me a hard time about giving me an item marked for a certain price. I was charged more than what the item said it should be. MANY of the same items were marked this way. The manager said they dont go by the price on the package but what the UPC rings & when I told him his information made no sense, he said that has nothing to do with him... Ultimately he did give me the product for what was marked. But I just dont believe this was great, not even good customer service. Very poor service actually. I wont be back...

They have tobacco products, but no ash trays.!? At least that's what the employees told me. While waiting to be rung up at the line, I heard another young woman going through what I was trying to come out of...She asked do you have____. They say, idk go look. She comes back and says while briskly walking out I didn't see it. They reply, oh. Then we dont have it.Go to the one on west grand blvd and grand river instead... They didn't have keychains now that I think about it....

This is the worst location I have ever been to. The shelves are never stocked, when dairy and frozen foods come in they just put the cartons in the cooler or freezer; they do not empty the boxes. There is always carts of merchandise waiting to go to the shelves. Everyone is on their phones, including the manager and they all are rude and standing around talking about personal business.😡

Good store in the neighborhood they carry lots of can & dry grocery items lots of refreshments including Red Bull 8.5 for $2.50 in other stores they charge $3 &$4 for the exact same thing they take EBT but catch them while their open they close around 7 or 8p...friendly workers also

The family dollar on joy rd is very good store the employees are helpful the stock men busy stocking and it was a delightful experience shoppingtoday. They even took me to the item i requested.

This store is appalling!!! They never have things put up, you constantly have to move boxes and ladders out of the way. Staff is extremely unprofessional! Cursing in front of customers, nasty attitudes...

Family dollar in joyrd is often busy and be cluttered with merchandise staged in the isle. The check out is often lengthy but product is always available.
