Rude workers, store Always Dirty, never have what I come to buy, needs more than one cashier. Lazy worker and always a different people. And pay those workers more money and clean up y'all nasty store

Ghetto is an understatement. I Stopped at this location and the rude lady on the register is licking her fingers and touching my stuff. I was disgusted, so I said “excuse me that is unsanitary that you are licking your fingers and touching my stuff” she responded very rudely. Ikyfl I will be calling corporate in the morning because this is unacceptable. Family Dollar do better with hiring quality workers. I will not return to a Family Dollar no time soon.

I've only been here a handful of times... ONLY because it's the closest to me, and EVERY TIME I go in there the atmosphere completely changes. The workers talking and cursing all loud like they're at home or somewhere. Talking on their phones don't even acknowledge your presence. Store is junky, shelves not stocked, I only go in here if it's absolutely necessary. After I paid for my items, and she didn't give me my receipt, I looked at her and she say's to me "That's your receipt" with an attitude and looked at me like I was stupid. So I just snatched it and left... No have a nice day or anything. Had I not been in a rush there's no way I would have gone there. Never will I again!!! There's a Dollar Tree right down the street that's bright and clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful.... even when short on staff I can't say that in the many times that I've been in that store, that I've even dealt with anyone just flat out rude and unprofessional like I've seen in that Family Dollar.

I like the store it’s the only convenient thing that is close by my house without having to go to the grocery store. However the last few times I come to the store they closed at 7:30 and 7:40 pm I feel like that’s not fair to customers to close that early when the sign says that they close at 8:00pm

Omg! I can't begin to explain how upset I am right now. All I needed was some deodorant and feminine care products. I don't appreciate being yelled at and ridiculed by security and the rude lady at the register. Why are these things kept behind the counter? When trying to get some assistance it is nearly impossible because there seems to be only one person working the register. And it's a little embarrassing to have to tell someone which hygiene product you need, in front of everyone! Also the store is disgusting and the customer service is non existent. I was at this location last night and there was a young lady, who was sweeping the store with no uniform on, she was having a conversation with the cashier (nice young man) and she used all kinds of profanity!!! She didn't even care that my toddlers were listening, and there were customers in the store!!! Come on people. We have to do better.

This was the worst experience ever encountered. I can't believe district/corporate or even management would allow this store to be opened in this horrible condition....every single aisle was cluttered with merchandise in carts,pallets, even product thrown on the floor. I wish I had taken pictures, this experience was the worst ever. I've worked retail for over 30yrs and in all my years of servicing the public this is by far the worst I've ever seen in a retail store, does anyone even care about the safety of customers or even care about one's experience please let me know by taking immediate action and also respond back to me.... aren't we supposed to be able to has access to the product? we're the paying customer, the store was so cluttered I wasn't able to finish shopping, I had to leave in fear of the safety of my self & grandchildren getting hurt. I will go back today and definitely take pictures....This store need immediate assistance from someone that really care about the customers experience, I'm so very disappointed in management for even allowing this to happen.... I feel you should hire overnight crew to make it happen, clean up before the store opens so customers can shop safely and the store can meet sales goals, there's no way you're making sales because customers can't get to the merchandise...I would love to get a response from management/district/corporate about this situation this is totally unacceptable.... I am referring to the Family Dollar located at15800 Grandriver store #06084Please don't ignore immediate action need to take place before someone gets hurt....Sincerely,The spoken voice for many that didn't take time to address this very important issuea concerned customer/ customers that will more than likely shop with you're competitors...

The store was in disarray. Only had one cashier. Line was just to long. They need more help. It's impossible for one person to do it all. It'll be a while before I go back to that location. I do mean a long time. Unhappy shopper.

One of the worst family dollar stores I've been and don't get me wrong....there are plenty in the city; this being one. Dirty floors no stocked properly although the cashier was pleasant the store was awful. I definitely won't return.

This is by far the most on organized and professional family dollar I’ve ever been to. I hate that it’s the closest Family Dollar to me because every time I go into the store the associates are cursed then they’re on their phones they’re nowhere so be found when you need assistance I would not recommend this store to anyone !

This store is very unorganized stuff is just almost over the place. None of the buggies work.. or there filled with things that must be put up. Cashier was having a phone conversation while ringing up my order. Completely disgusted with the way this store continues to look

Everyone was very nice Albert the manager on Grand River is very nice manager a very nice person you should have more like him I want to hear this week and Albert Williams the manager was a great guy he's really professional thank you we didn't have to wait in line long or anything he kept the line moving

Store is messy, the ceiling leaks rain water over the checkout aisle, so there's buckets on the floor, the floors always dirty, items are strewn across the floor in almost every aisle. You can tell the owner doesn't give a damn because of the stores location. The cashiers talk on there phones simultaneously while helping customers. It's like a third world country in there.

I think that the cashier play too much he tryed to keep at least 10 people change in the line he talks about customers to other customers that's walking in the door he also tried to keep my change short-changed me and I don't think it's fair to the customers because everyone can't count and be in a rush so its left to the cashier to make sure he's giving the right amount of change to the customers and maybe the line could go a little bit faster if he stopped hokey-pokey in around and maybe the manager help out a little it's always one cashier and a lot of customers for one cashier

This location is horrible, it’s disgusting and messy. I arrived at 8:36 and the sign said open at 8am. The employee looked at me and said they weren’t open through the doors. I tried to call to get a reason why they aren’t open since the times are posted and they ignored my calls several times.

It seems that Family Dollars in the practice of making their employees do multiple tasks and the stock seems to rotate from one side of the store to the other side of the store and depending on what time you go in the store which is usually around 3 in the afternoon it's really crowded other than that

Very bad customer service I would give it a 0 but I have to put 1 start to write,this store criminalize anybody with a hood on because they say they have had problems with other people wearing hoods one day they asked me to take off my hat and I didn't have my hood on that day, so this means they think your one of them people, they refused to let me buy anything even though I was holding a pizza with crazy bread in one arm,I would never spend my money here because they have (no respect for their customers).
