Good people working there. Not paid enough though. The place could look better but there's a lack of pride in the location. Which is why I think better pay would result in better upkeep. Nothing has changed really. In fact, I would say it seems to have gotten worse. Today inventory was blocking aisles. I believe they are having trouble finding and retaining employees. Better pay could resolve this.

Today at the family Dollar on Grand River and Plymouth once again I injured myself there are boxes and carts everywhere in the aisle I couldn't get through and a bag of dog food scratched my arm once again. Last week family Dollar on West Chicago and Greenfield I dislocated my hip and was an urgent Care from tripping over a cart and a random box that was on the floor do not frequent the store unless you have life insurance.!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Boxes everywhere. Cluttered and unorganized. Bare shelves. I went at 8am in the morning when they 1st opened, so I didn't experience a long wait time or a long line to cash out. They need to update their prices on the shelves. By the time you get rung up, it's a different (higher) price at the register.

Need WORKERS that don't have a attitude when they come to work. This store need to close for good. It's nasty, dirty and everything on the floor. When you walk in the store it smell like weed. You can't get no cart down the aisles. Manager mad because item prices was marked wrong. JUST CLOSE THE STORE!

Worst customer service, as a loyal customer will never go back till changes take place. This guys will argue with customers or will not honor a return or insult you in one way or an other and make you feel like you are a thief .they have this ghettos, low life mentality and unprofessional behavior. What a shame . I bet you the district manager is no different than the store manager or the rest of the employees . Rude, slow, eating ships not working and need some education and training . go back to school , there is plenty of good educated people waiting to get hired.

This place was HORRIBLE there's broken glass everywhere in the parking lot. There were THREE employees there with only ONE line open. The Senior employee or Manager was there with an attitude a customer asked him a question & he was rude, she replied that's bad customer service his reply was oh well it's just bad customer service then. The other employee was standing around in front at the door instead of opening another register for the many customers that were there. Even refusing after asked. I will NEVER go to this location again. HORRIBLE experience.

The girl at the register talks on her phone while ringing you up. They yell across the store at each other. This is the most ghetto store ever. Im surprised a roach don't crawl out. Its terrible. The manager let them do whatever and she just sits there when you complain to her

Its a mess inside and out.They treat u like a criminal. They have many products behind counter, like a Mexican store.Go to a different FD.Employees seem to just stand around gossiping alot.Skip this FD.

Store is okay but they need to get the stock put up clean it up mop up the water just do what you need to do run the store correctly other than that it's a pretty good store it's always dirty and sloppy

Parking lot is horrendously terrible. Needs repair. Customer service is not attentive. The only thing thats good is the security alert system and their Prices.

I am not alowed in this store because a person shop lifted that I do not know !!!! & on top of that , I wasent in the store and was sitting at the bus stop. This is discrimination big time !!!!
