This security doesn’t have any matters. He close 15 min earlier. I was just requested him I wanna get something it will take only 5 min he didn’t care. I saw other reviews they are same thing I hope owner get attention about his store service. If there have any option for 0 star I would be willing to give 0 start

Watch your prices. I tried to buy toothpaste but they charged me $5.20 for a product marked $3.65 on the shelf. The clerk checked all the products and they were all mispriced. I just grabbed Crest from the bottom shelf and asked if it was $1.30 as marked. She refused to ring it up saying she doesn’t have to sell to me because she doesn’t like my attitude.I was surprised because I didn’t know any company would refuse a sale like that but I realized, in retrospect, that she knew that Crest tube I selected wasn’t really $1.30 and she didn’t want to be further embarrassed in front of the long line that had developed.There are two Dollar Generals and a Dollar tree within one mile. If you don’t want to be a bait and switch victim, I suggest going there.

It’s the worst family dollar in all of Michigan as far as cleanliness it’s junky boxes are stacked in every isle you can not push an kart through the store so if you go in for more than one thing just turn around and leave cause unless you can carry multiple items you won’t get them in this location it’s literally cluttered with boxes stacked higher than the shelves it’s a safety hazard and nasty and they have the nerve to have more than one employee there with one register open and everyone else not doing a damn thing the worst it need to be shut down.

The security and the manager there are very racist. My dad went to this store today (June 10, 2023) around 8:48, 12 minutes before they close. The security did not let him inside the store after asking the manager, instead almost seemed like he was going push my dad away from the door. However they let another gentleman in right after, about 30 seconds later. It is highly likely that they did not let my dad in because of the traditional Muslim clothing he was wearing, because the gentleman after him was wearing regular (causal) clothing and they let him in. Besides stereotyping, I don’t see any other reason possible on why they let the other gentleman in and not my dad, although the other gentleman came after my dad. If the store owner review the camera around 8:48 pm today, he/she will see what I am referring to.

It's been really looking good in that store. Kudos to management for making it look the best it's ever looked and I've been coming here for 13 years. I'm proud of what's going on and the staff here is very nice.

Worst workers ever the heavy set African lady with the braids also kicked me out of line saying she was closed so I went back in line and then when it was time for another African American customer she opened her register after putting me in the back of the line today she disrespected a Bengali lady around 1:30 pm saying she is going to kick her out the lady was with her two kids and was extremely nervous because she did not comprehend what the heavy set lady that works for family dollar acting like she own the store accused her of stealing. You guys will lose customers if you keep this heavy set African lady at family dollar

I really hate coming to this location. It is always too crowded with merchandise on the floor through most of the aisles. The staff acts as if they are too busy to help you find what you are looking for. I will say that the cashier who checked me out was kind and tried to be helpful today. 8 out 10 times, they are out of stock on what I went there for.

I can't deny the fact that I was able to find what I needed, but the store it's very unorganized. Towards the front of the store, things look as if they'd been just thrown on the shelves, there's clothes hanging slightly off the hangers and on the floor. I'm not going to blame that completely on the staff but also the customers who may decide to just put back stuff in a random spot if they decide they don't need something anymore.

They got the products that I need but the counter is and always has been dirty. I don't even be wanting to put my stuff on the counter. I feel like I will take germs home. The floor has not been mopped in years. It is a convenient location but I like cleanliness.

I work there every Sunday as a cashier n I do my very best with it n also make people happy n help them out the best way I can. But we do have good items but just sold out so fast n do have a good sale going on.

Couldn't even afford to have bags!!! Giving people their stuffs in trash bag!!! I mean REALLY? The place is really dirty. You can find things and there are a lot of customers. But I don't like the employees there and management.

The store is too small so it be incoming product that's sitting all over the floor. I think it's in a good location for this area but they need to rebuild/remodel it to give it a little more clean look and space to put all their inventory so they can stay fully stuck with stuff.

One of the best jobs I ever had.You learn organizational skills and everyone is great to work with. Lakesha who was the manager at the time I was working there was and still is one of the best managers i had. A shining example of what a leader should be. The experience and service you get there is among the very best. I had to quit though because my parents were too worried because there was a robbery there. It is a bit of an isolated location. If they had a security guard, employee there might feel safer.

Said they haven’t had a delivery in two weeks so they was out of stuff. The store is messy stuff all over the place. The manager is nice but she is dirty also, her appearance is awful... needs to close for a day and cleaned starting with the Staff Uniforms

A very good family dollar branch, always busy & always improving the service & collection. But still I find some expire food there sometimes. We should always check the expiration date before buying from any dollar stores.

They have some stuff that i usually cant find in this area and thats why i shop here. Prices arent that good. Its a bit messy. The employees are rude but ive been thru worse lol. The security guards are nice. Parking lot is atrocious but it exists.

This particular Family Dollar is absolutely charming in it's level of insanity. Nothing makes sense here, and the sooner you accept that, the better. Once you let go of your preconceived notions of what the basic fundamentals of a Family Dollar are supposed to be, you quickly become enlightened as to what all Family Dollar stores COULD be, what they SHOULD be. This place is like an acid trip; just remain calm and take things as they come and you'll have a positive experience. If you go into it with too high or too low of expectations, you're going to have a bad trip. I mean, how bad can it truly be if parents drop their kids off here for hours at a time? Only downside: The "cancel" button on one of the card readers has had cocoa butter on it for quite some time, but this only adds to the zaniness.

i always went to that store its near my house today security guard disrespect me for opening towel to see the floor he talked soo rude that why i didnt fold it back it wasnt fold when i touched then why would i fold it back he warned me that next time he will not let me in to shopwhat they think about theirself if we dont buy anything how will the store run i came back right away what i wanted to buy leave them there i dont want to stay there anymorethey should hire educated people dont nonsense stupid kind of person that dont know any manner to spoke to lady like that i will never go2 store again i expect they hired good personality person and fired that black man who thinks he is owner of the storedidnt he checked that floor was soo massy, didnt he checked many things on floor that need to be correct place, didnt he checked dirty things on floor that need to be clean i never write long review but today i wasnt well still i went for shop and person the away talked to me its really hurt me he didnt even help me what i am looking for i want anyone to reply my review otherwise i am or my family not going to that store anymore

The $ Tree on 8 Mile and Dequinder is getting worse since the manager was transferred to 12 mi. The of the shelves are empty. And Cash registers aren't open. Nancy, Detroit.
