Don't have the price of the items listed. Tried to buy a box of kleenex no prices any for the items. Asked a worker about the price she just laughed it off like it was no big deal. Didn't check the price for me. It's sad how these dollar store work. U wait in long lines. And they not clean. Detroiters deserve better service. Because it's the black community people don't care including the black customers who go there wake up people. Dam shame

They don't answer the phone no matter how Many times I call. I left my important folder and all I wanted was to make sure that they did not throw it away before I got back and they sat there and ignore my Calls for twenty minutes

This is really the only decent store within walking distance of my neighborhood. The staff is friendly, one girl made sure to bag a birthday card separately and tie it off with air in the bag so the card didn't get ruined. Wish I would've noticed when she did it or caught her name, because that was really nice of her.

Really convenient for the neighborhood whenever you want to pick something up quick. Might not always *appear* fully stocked, but I’ve literally never NOT been able to successfully find what I came there to get: milk, butter, Vernors, popcorn, hot chocolate, marshmallows, Oreos, Fruity Pebbles, Tylenol, toothpaste, a random DVD to watch—you name it. And I’m always in and out, no joke. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I can pour myself a bowl of Fruity Pebbles, open the fridge, realize I’m out of milk, and be eating cereal on my couch 10 minutes later. The girl who always works the register is really kind and quick as well. Underrated location.

My wife and I stopped in to pick up a few household items. We purchased a couple of doormats along with a few other items, when we proceeded to the checkout there was a roach on one of the mats. The cashier screamed, and moved away from the item. I killed the ROACH, and returned to the aisle to retrieve another mat. I asked for a discount or something for our inconvenience, the cashier just laughed. No apology or anything! I will never return!

Good neighborhood store. I go there all the time. The only thing I don't like us if you call no one answer. Otherwise, it's a great store with deals.

Went to get iron supplement for pregnant wife today and got home to see someone had stolen the majority of the pills. I tried to call the store and speak to someone, but no one will answer the phone.

They were great.. Nice customer service.. Friendly staff.. Everybody was wearing ppe... I'm a nurse.. And i know how important it is to get back home to ur family safe healthy and sound

They are very nice at this store Anthony is super nice but the manager with the red hair she is mean she didn't do anything to me it's just the way I hear her talk to others and I visited this store often

I love this Family Dollar, I worked at this location for a little over 6 months. Things we're bad while I was there, it's seem to be a little better. This 1 has a wider selection espically with their clothes and children's shoes.

I pulled up at this family dollar 8:07pm and they where closed. False advertising online and on there phone calling the store which is inconvenient. Well today they lost a good customer. By family dollar , poor customer and ghetto employes. Hello General Dollar

As with most FD stores it's messy in there. The cashier bagged all the heavy stuff in one bag, and the quality has gone down while prices have gone up.

Floor needs mopping. It's sad the family dollar and dollar tree aren't clean.and short staff. Long lines. And not stock properly.
