Store has gotten increasingly ghetto since new manager took over in last couple months. They don't open on time ever, Employees show up at open time and you gotta wait 20 mins for them to get it together, Employees bring they kids to work, store it not fully stocked and Employees are rude. Need new Manger or the old one back.

I wish they were better about opening each day on time. The stocking of shelves seems like it has a backlog. I realize season by season things change. Staff is pretty friendly. There's another Family Dollar nearby and this one is my choice over the other.

I went yesterday to the Family Dollar on 7 mile in between wyoming and meyers. They did not have the big huge bottle of pine sol I needed for one of my clients so I went to the actual Family Dollar I'm writing the review under and they had a bottle of pine sol big enough I could grab for her. Thanks for having the pine sol stocked.

Whoever is managing this needs to be terminated promptly.. The customer service is poor as a hungry somalian child and the store is kept in disarray.. you can hardly walk down the aisle without nearly tripping over something that's out of place. It really is just unacceptable and I hope I never have the need to shop here again...

It's bad that the store never opens on time it says 8:00 but here it is I'm sitting in the parking lot at 8:30 on a Saturday and they're not open but when you come to the store and it's supposed to close at a certain time but in the close early with the door is locked bad customer service that was it that you never have corporate number posted for that specific store

I had an Instacart pulled up at 9:10 PM and they had the store close 40 minutes early for cleanup had to cancel my order so unprofessional.

Unprofessional / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT THIS PLACE. Im at the register WAITING until the employees got done Gossiping cause clearly they was to busy to notice a customer standing there ready to check out ! Will not be coming back here

Ok customer service, ofcourse improvement is always encouraged in retail.Signage is not helpful in finding the store considering that the building sits a ways back on the lot, the sign to advertise that the Family Dollar building is there is unnoticeable..as it takes up a significant portion of the back of the lot.

My last visit was just sad. I thought they allowed customers to use the $5 off on $25 or more on Saturdays, the manger said they don't honir it at that store. Someone please help me with this otherwise I won't shop tgere any more.

They never open on time. Employees always have an attitude like I’m wrong for being there on time,Like they should be. This will definitely be the last time I stop here. Throw the whole store away!

The staff appear to be very kind and helpful. I am in a power wheelchair, and I received kind help getting the items I could not reach because they were were on shelves too high, or there were boxes of items I could not get around.

They have to update the price tags so that the register matches the price tag and the customer service reps have to be informed about the Michigan Scanner Laws

The staff one gentleman was nice the cashier was nonchalant eating her lunch at the register manager in charge working on a register and other jobs and never once asked the cashier to remove her food unappropriate for business.

Nothing on the shelves. Boxes and hand carts everywhere. Quite difficult to shop. It seems like this is the case with most Family Dollar stores lately.

Cashier's are not friendly. They are not dressed appropriately for work. The store is not organized or clean. Very slow check out.
