If no stars could be given! Customer service is awful 😖. The store overall seems to be kept as best can be. I put back all of my items & traveled to another location.This store may not be in the best location, but staff attitudes should always be in place. The 2 women on staff today should've stayed home. I greeted each of them separately with a smile & a question. Both women answered the question as if they didn't want to be bothered 😕. At that point, I was hesitant to ask the gentleman anything. Rather match their engery. I decided to put back my 23 items and shop elsewhere.

Ratchet but quick. It’s a good quick stop ya know. Nothing to brag about. If you don’t have transportation then it’s perfect but if you do have transportation and valid paperwork, go to the suburbs.

Stopped in for a few things hoping the had them and they did. Didn't need to go anywhere else, thank you very much and the staff was very helpful. Think they'll be a regular stop going forward. 😊

The store is well maintained and the shelves are well stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly. The wait time for check out used to be horrible because there was usually only one register open. Now when the line backs up, they open another line or two until the lines are clear.

Check your resets to make shur you not getting triple charged just got home and there was stuff on the reseeat I did not buy not to mention abot25 was stolen cuz of the cashier ringing a single Item up 3 times if your a good person and believe in common curticy I would not give this palce your money cuz they are flat out don't care

A short 4 ft something lady was there and was extremely rude said she doesn't answer questions from people like me, ( I was asking about the restrooms by the way)not sure if she meant because I'm a female or if I'm old or if it was because I was white but with her attitude and squawking at me the way she was I'm assuming it was a racist slur!!

Time machine 2013 we were on our way up to Rochester. Your tree is bumpin! Tons of good stuff! Got to ride around town & see Eminems hometown. They wouldn’t let my 70 yr old friend use the restroom even though they let someone else another customer they knew use it.. We have to treat our elderly better and your customers better and have a kinder attitude.

I was in the store around 2:40 today. There was a lady who was in a wheelchair. She was a double amputee. Very sweet lady I was asking for a basket. The manager was kind of rude saying that someone stole their baskets and they did not have any! She had quite a bit of stuff about $200 worth of stuff! I Imagine that she doesn’t get out much to buy things so she was trying to do it all in one trip! I can understand that the customers are not obligated to help the lady but I would feel that the manager or staff that work there would offer some help to carry her things to the cab! I set my things down and decided I wasn’t going to buy anything from my store that treats their customers like this. I carried her things to the car took me four trips and helped her into the taxi I’m ashamed that humans can treat other humans this way! Will not be a customer at this dollar store again I will be going to a different one!

THE MANAGER HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE SHE WASN'T SMILING AND I ASKED TO HAVE MY BAG'S DOUBLED SHE SAID NO. I NEED DOUBLE BAG'S BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS TEAR. THAT'S WRONG WHEN I JUST SPENT 50 DOLLAR'S TO KEEP YOUR STORE OPEN #AND SHE ALWAYS HAS A FUNKY ATTITUDE. I DON'T HAVE TO SHOP IN THERE PERIOD 💯 CANDY OR NO CANDY🍭🍭I CAN GO ELSEWHERE. I was pleasantly surprised that there were tons of Christmas gift bags left. However, I could have done without listening to the employees argue amongst eachother over who can't take a lunch break first while the line reached the back of the store. Other than that, the store had what I needed.

Cashier was eating in front of customers and were more worried about having a conversation than waiting on customers. The shelves were relatively empty. I was surprised at the lack of stock they had. The store was not messy or dirty but definitely needed some attention.

I have been to a lot of dollar tree one thing I can say please keep hiring military personnel the manager here is the perfect way to run a Established store I seen a customer needing help they did not have the product the store manager gets on the phone called several stores he found the product for the lady and she was so thankful wanting to give him a tip he said no I just am grateful that I can help and plus without you customers I can't receive a check every two weeks he knows the value of his customers

Everytime I go to this particular Dollar tree, it's always messy. The shelves are always empty, and dirty. Now their charging people to use their shopping carts like Aldi's. They still have the carry ones, but not many. I really like Dollar tree. But this one has got to do better. It's always one lane open, but employees somewhere else in the store. Didn't have what I needed. The cashier was nice.

To start there was one register open with a store full of people. The line was half way down an isle. There were no carts or baskets in the store to use for carrying items. And finally little missy running the register has a terrible attitude. She was very rude to 2 seniors checking out ahead of me. And told me to stay 6 feet back very rudely when I was much more then 6 feet back. My receipt says the name is Rochelle. Ms Rochelle needs to chill and have a better day! Eat a snickers lady!

I love the Dollar tree on 8 Mile and Dequindre that's my number one dollar store I visit and shop at often I love all of the employees they have wonderful customer service as well as wonderful attitudes I look at them and they look at me as family I will highly recommend this establishment to any and everyone it's my number one location to shop at and verbally I would like to give them a five Star plus

While the staff is very helpful and friendly, the store is dirty, especially the floor. It's concerning because it seems that the store owner doesn't care enough to have the place cleaned consistently. Every time I go there, the floor is nasty.

The store had what I needed. However the store clerk was rude! & Had attitude. Huffed n puffed cuz I counted my money due onto the counter slid it to her and apparently she didn't like having to pick it up. Never handed me my bag and didn't say anything nice.

I walked around and walked around and guess what I found everything I mean everything. You always come here too shop til you drop thought of $1.25 per item or if you want to take it like this four for five dollars. You can't beat the best deal ever LOL

First, I must say that I’m proud of this business for being located in the City of Detroit for several years now. There’s a good selection of supplies for school and household maintenance. The selection changes occasionally, which can be good and bad. The service is on par with other Dollar Tree franchises.

This is the worst,they have long lines,only one or two registers open at a time. The male management runs into the office when he see the cashier overloaded!! The store is always out of order,low stock on main items ,and this day they charged an elder man tax on his food!! He wasn't having it. Like I said the WORST, I ONLY WENT BECAUSE I WASN'T FEELING WELL. Still went to the hazelpark location

A lot of empty shelves. Workers were polite and courteous. Close to having a major incident though, cover for mechanisms for the sliding door fell off (could have seriously hurt someone). " not the first time"

Dollar Tree has the best garden ornaments!Today I purchased solar animals & solar flowers in a variety of colors 😍Also got flower pots that hold 3 plants with ease: Blue, orange, green!!!

At Dollar Tree, about 99% of the items on shelves $1 and the remaining 1% are less than $1. If you are cosmetic fanatics: nail polishes, lip / eyeliner etc, hair colors DIY for men/women, tooth related items....go and see for yourself. Food items from baked, raw to canned...Go and see for yourself...
