It was so refreshing and I can tell she’s prone to doing kind things for others all the time. Another employee was very informative and gave me a couple tips/techniques I plan to try. The store, like most brand new stores that Dollar Tree Open in the neighborhood, is clean, and well stocked. The seasonal section already has Spring Items shelved, the associates are friendly, and helpful. They don have early or late hours like some other Dollar Tree stores, but I’m so glad they are right down the street from my house. 2.10.18

It was nice. People were required to wear masks for safety. It wasn't the most organized dollar tree I've ever been to, but the staff are very friendly and remember constant customers. I would definitely recommend this store to people in the area.

This location is so close to my house, but I usually travel farther to avoid the staff at this store. A male cashier, who looks old enough to know better 👴🏾, makes my visit uncomfortable every time I go there. I’m not sure if it’s possible to go to this store without having to listen to him argue with another cashier or a customer. Today he yelled at me and told me to leave the store because I didn’t ask his permission before opting to get cash back on the pin pad.Very ghetto. Would not recommend.

Not my favorite Dollar Tree. Its local in my neighborhood but It’s usually junky. The shelves are less than moderately stocked. And they ALWAYS close early. They don’t care if you call corporate because they know nothing will be done. So if you don’t arrive before their ready to go home. You will be out of luck. Major down side. Because of this I usually just got to the Dollar General down the street. Sucks to be DT.

Today my family and I had the pleasure of meeting Mel the cashier there. There was a lady in front of us that had a problem with her card and Mel didnt make her feel bad but was just patient with her that is the best customer service ever

The were having issues with their 3 phase power when we arrived. Their power was fully restored when we left but they'd chosen to call it a day before we finished. So we didn't get the chance to go inside.

The workers always make rude remarks and made me feel uncomfortable. They are ok as far as stock but wish they had more options . They close at 6 when it clearly say 9pm and it’s very misleading. They open later then what there supposed to.

Couldn't shop in peace. One melanin deficit woman followed my daughter and I around the store from the time we walked in until we left. She made us very uncomfortable. She also wasnt in uniform and looked very unprofessional. This store is close to our home but we'll be driving further for a more pleasant shopping experience.

Cheryl is definately not management material. She doesn't even know her own store policies. She was told I had a transaction that she needed to handle and instead of handling the transaction she wanted to act like she is the darn police. She is very unprofessional and Dollar Tree needs to do better in the people that they hire. All the other staff is pleasant and I have never had a problem with them. I am not sure if she thinks she needs to regulate things because she is in a "hood" store but newsflash, there are decent people that grew up in this neighborhood and are on the up and up. Long story short, I went to one of the Dearborn stores and was treated much better. I asked what the company policy was and the manager there let me know that I was right about the transaction. I was able to complete what I needed to do with no problems. On that note, it is worth the longer drive to Dearborn or even Redford, to avoid shopping at this store. As long as Cheryl is there, I will not spend my money in that location.

The economy is so bad right now... From gas to groceries I used to the type to go all out and buy name brand items. But thank you Dollar tree you've saved me from household items to sometimes food items.. thank you for being in the community

The store manager miss moon is very disrespectful and rude and the store is mess and boxes is everywhere and always there one line to check out worker breat feeding her child on the flood. The employees help the customer but your store manager will be in the office hiding in the office so she dont have to deal with customer. Her boss Mark dont care what happened he offered he very moved i wish cooperation will call me back

you can find everything you need here. they have excellent cheap decorations for all the holidays and everything is just a dollar and a few cents!

Manager named Candice was awesome in assisting me!!! She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me in a matter that was very important to me! Thank you, Candice for looking and searching everywhere, even kneeling on your knees looking under shelfing! We couldn't find what I had lost, but you took the time to search anyway! The only problems with this dollar tree is that there is always one cashier. So long lines are a consistent thing. The other problem is that they are almost always out of stock.

It's always pretty crowded in there but they get it cleared out quickly. They have a large selection of food. They are always stocked up too.

Outside of the store is just plain ol NASTY. From the parking lot, to the dumpster area, to the front door. Just because we are in the city that does not mean you don't clean the outside of the building.
