THIS DOLLAR GENERAL NEEDS NEW MANAGER. I TOLD THE CASHIERS ABOUT COFFEE MATE THATS LIQUID FORM NEEDS TO BE IN THE COOLER. IT IS DAIRY PRODUCT. I EXPLAINED I PURCHASED IT AND IT WAS SPOILED I LEFT AND WENT BACK AND ITS WAS STILL ON THE SHELF. I WENT AND RETRIEVED THE BOTTLE SHOWED THE MANAGER TOLD THEM ITS SPOILED WELL I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND ITS STILL ON THE SHELF. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COFFEE CREAMER ITS SPOILED ROTTEN AND IT WILL MAKE YOU SICK.

The hours on Google say they open at 8am. It's 8:14 and the bars are still down AND there's no answer when you call. You can't even open the store ON TIME? Unacceptable. This wouldn't happen in the suburbs and Im.notmputting up with it in my neighborhood. I will be calling corporate repeatedly.

The associates are friendly and nice but but the store needs to be cleaned and stocked better, there’s too much overstock on the floor, some aisles are clean, but there’s clutter that covers up some end caps.

Although this is not a great neighborhood the store is nice. The layout is open and easy to find merchandise. It's a fairly new store so time will tell. One thing unfortunate is the music that is plagued in the store for customers to hear. Everyone does not listen to cursing or want their children subjected to it, one would expect more from a business establishment that services the public. The prices are fair, the employees are decent I've noticed employees are good at greeting customers which is always a plus. I stop here every so often when I'm in the city. I would recommend to keep customers "no soliciting" around the premises should be enforced! That's one reason I don't come here at night there are several beggars waiting outside for you.

First time visiting this Dollar General. I live further North, but was in the neighborhood. I'm giving this particular Dollar General 5 stars because they had everything I was looking for, which is unusual for me with Dollar Generals. This store was well stocked. Employees were friendly as well. Store was fairly clean but I will not take off stars because of that.

This is actually one of the nicer Dollar Generals. The selection was great. The floor people were very helpful they help me find what I was looking for. The price was reasonable. The only thing that I would suggest is that they make the aisles a little wider. So that the shopping cart will have easier access.

if i could give this store a zero i would. the people in the store are extremely rude and ghetto! the cashier was very rude he doubled charged my debit card and refuse to fix problem he told me come back ain’t nothing i can do! with a pure attitude i show him my receipt and my bank statement. ask to speak with a manger and said he was the manger. he asked a lady who was off to help him because he didn’t know what to do. he kept saying i ain’t got time for this. this was completely unprofessional!!! she told him to call some number which he didn’t know so she had to look it up. he acted like he was completely new and slow. she kept telling him what to do when she finally told him to make a return in order to get my money back to my card which was simple and easy thanks to her she solved the problem in under 5mins besides me waiting 15! never coming back.

I was very happy about the cost of the automatic coffee maker although when I arrived at the register the cashier was on the phone and continue it with his conversation until I asked him to stop. My request agitated the young man and after about 30 or 40 seconds he decided to ring my items and toss them in a bag. That was the worst experience I've ever had at Dollar General!

I use a power wheelchair, and had a little bit of a problem motivating around in the store because of the display items set up within the aisles, and the few carts with boxes of items that needed to be stocked on shelves. I appreciated the staff, the prices, and atmosphere.

Morning, a CEO needs to come to the 3000 Davison location. The store opens at 8am. I’m sitting in the parking lot now for 25 minutes. A store employee is out here to standing waiting for someone to open. This is not my first encounter with this store not opening on time. Not to mention, when someone shows up, it will be another 10 - 15 minutes before entering the store. Now it’s 8:35am, someone else has walked up and the store still closed. Please help.

This Dollar General is very organized. Monica is such a sweet cashier and she is always welcoming. Of course, I have been to other Dollar General stores, this one is the cleanest and it doesn't look shabby on the outside.

This is by far the rudest establishment I've ever been to. From the cashier, to the people sitting around the store like its the local hangout, to the managers who plays rap music very loudly while they does absolutely nothing. Worse experience, horrible store.

This company is now my go to. I had the horrible customer service at family dollar and found this store. Nice and clean and quite. Lifesavers. Thanks. One thing I'll say: suggestion, the cashier should ask have downloaded coupons. Saving!!

It's good to have a store in my immediate area.. period. But sometimes workers need to understand that WE SUPPORT U!!!!..common courtesy is a MUST!..Jus lost a customer FOR LIFE!.

The same store I called corporate on for hoarding PPEs for months. Still doing the same practice. Also employees walking around without masks and playing loud profanity filled rap music. Smh

The woman at the register is very nasty and rude I mistakenly went behind the counter that wasn't blocked off and she told me that I wasn't suppose to be behind the counter so I said I apologise but since I was standing right in front of the deodorant I picked up some deodorant and as I walked back around the isle to the register a man just snatched it right out of my hands I didn't get really angry until I found out that he wasn't security or even an employee he was the husband of the woman at the register at this point I'm speaking my mind and I let them both have it but needless to say I'm never going back there again to ghetto for me

I went into the store on Davison and the store was a mess but I was looking for a gift for my nephew but as we are walking Thur the mess one of the shelves fall on my daughter’s toe & cuts her toes & she has on sandals I tried calling to speak with a manager but no one answered I am extremely upset because I didn’t know about the shelf falling on my daughter’s foot until after we left the store that’s why I tried calling but I have taken pictures and I will be taking her to the hospital to make sure her toe isn’t broken
