The store is experiencing a shift and my dog food hasn't been in for a while. I usually love the Livernoise location I live close by. I hate that I have to go all the way to Fenkell. Hopefully the new building will be open sooner than later.

Love this place! This is the only pet store that I shop from. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They will even assist you when loading your car. I highly recommend it!

I'm July 1, 2021 7:50 pm, I arrive to get my dog some food the store closes at 8 or at least the sign says, however the cashier locked the door as I parked I knocked on the door and she ignored me, this is why people take their hard earned money out of the city , also I waited just to see how long it takes them to do their so-called clothes and duties both employees exited the store by 7:57 p.m. when the sign strictly States they close at 8:00 p.m. people should understand if the sign says 8:00 p.m. your store close at 8:00 p.m. and if it's 7:50 the sign should say 7:50 I plan to call and talk to a manager tomorrow.

I found the store to be clean, organized, well stocked and the prices were reasonable. The service was good, and there's always someone to load your heavy bags in the car. 👍🏾The location is kinda tricky... getting in and out of the parking lot.

Let me tell you about K9 pet supplies ( Fenkell Location) These people are GREAT! They are friendly, compassionate, helpful, & everything good in between. They take the time to get to know their customers. I don't have to ask for their help. They offer it. I can't say enough about these caring people. Even with the virus, slower than usual deliveries, running out of products, & sometimes not easy to deal with customers. This crew is on their toes to do whatever, to make YOU happy! What a far, & few between bunch! Y'all are the true G.O.A.T. **Greatest Of All Time**

I had a great experience. I needed a harness for my newly adopted pit bull terrier. As soon as I told them what I needed they got to right away and it fit him perfectly! It also gave me better control and we all know how important that is with a bully breed. I also got tips on weening him off table food. Happy Customer.

They have nice employees I was greeted as soon as I walked in and offered help. They didn't have one of the dog foods(Nature's recipe) I was looking for but they did have taste of wild. They keep track of your account by phone number at every location and your points add up every time you purchase which is nice.

This location had just the dog food I was looking for. Items were fresh and reasonably priced. They were even kind enough to take my items to my car. It's nice to have such a well run local business close to home. Very wonderful experience. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program!

They sell the automatic dog nail grinder but they did not have the refills. No location ever have the refills in stock but the always have the trimmer. That's every location. I ordered them from Amazon prime and they were delivered in one day.

I love this place. Conveniently located in my neighborhood. Great for ALL of your canine needs. They even have a little section for fish as well. Detroit K9 supply is the go to for you dogs trust me. Food, Kennels, supplements, weight training all of the above.

Good and fast place to be able to get dog food at that we are looking for, however cat food is NOT good.Got to look in cat food before feeding to cat, also have not had catnip the last few times that been there.Staff are very nice, and respectful.
