Great place! Bought my vaccinations and dewormer from the K9 Detroit location on Gratiot at 10am 2/3/24 . The nice young lady a formal Veterinarian Technician working there gave my three Pomeranians their shots and properly recorded it on their vaccination records with the next scheduled date as a reminder. It’s like she better than going to the veterinarian to get it done. Professional, kind and gentle. The most affordable alternative three vaccinations that covered 5 different diseases and a box of liquid dewormer (120cc) with the nice young lady administering the vaccinations to two puppies and one adult Pom for only $65 dollars!!! I live in Sterling Heights and there is no pet supply businesses anywhere that offer that unique service. Thank you Detroit K9 Gratiot east side location.

I went here with my best friend, her mom, and her at the time mom's girlfriend to get supplies for the new dog they were going to get. Their 2 dogs they've had for basically my best friends whole life had to get put down. They were mother and son and the mother had to be put down for health problems and the son just couldn't be without her. So we went and got the supplies and they had showers for the dogs, toys, food, cages, treats, I even saw these cute bones. Other people with their dogs were there and it was an overall great experience and the worker was nice. They ended up getting 2 dogs, brother and sister. The small ones are the new dogs and the big ones are the dead ones. 😭⚰❤

For starters, I was once a consistent every two week customer. When the shampoo change came about, I was absolutely stunned but I accepted it because of the excellent customer service back then by the staff. My puppy was administered his first shots by a wonderful light skin young lady. I just went yesterday for a dog bath and the male staff member who checked me out both times had a snobby attitude. Throwing my 's into the slot. The second time I took the money and left the receipt so that he could snatch it back. I purchased my baby a beef rawhide for his discomfort with the blower. The washroom was very dirty. I would like the old staff back or at least confident staff members or I will go back to washing my dog at my home. I come there for the good shampoo and excellent customer service. It's almost like customer service doesn't exist anymore. What makes companies think that we want to spend our hard earned money to be disrespected?

I love these guys and gals! The east Warren location is absolute perfection! They're organized, helpful and informative! I've been relying on them for the last 4 years! (I do keep my receipts to track my points&free 10th bag).

My daughter and I love to visit this place. We have 2 dogs and take care of many of their needs while visiting. They have many selections of dog food, treats and toys. They also offer dog grooming and sell crates in different sizes. The staff is also helpful and friendly

I went there twice for the dog wash. Saturday at 6 pm my dog got into some dirty stuff. They close the dog was at 5. I went there Sunday and it was closed on Sunday. So it appears the dog wash is open when most working people are at work.

Been coming here for years. Now the passed 2 days July 6th and 7th 2022 the guy working was no help didnt know anything about the product's I was getting. Gave me one that was for small dogs and when I told him I need the one for a larger dog he got side track by a phone call and Blew me off. So I said F.... this and left. Came back next day to find the same guy working. 🙄 go to Exchange it and at first he said he couldn't do it. So I tell him again what I am looking for and he said we dont have that here never sold it. Yes you have.I have been buying it here for years. Did he even go look. Nope! Love the place the worker tho smh. If you dont want to work dont get a job.

Canine supplies had everything you could ever want for your pet I've been looking for hay for 3 months it was either molded or they didn't have any I found it at canine nine pet supplies for a fraction of what I could get if it was Halloween my dog's going to be happy my cat's going to be ecstatic at what Santa Claus brings them for Christmas and Hanukkah trust me when I say do all your food shopping for your pets at canine they unbelievable

This was my first time and a K-9 store. The store was well kept as far as cleanliness and the product line wasn't bad at all. They actually carry the brand that my two girls eat. Not a bad store at all and I will come back to it to shop again.

My GO TO pet supply store! The Staff is very down to earth. Prices are very affordable too. You can give your doggy a bath here which is awesome during the cold season. They have everything you need.

Just checked out the new store on Gratiot, it's fully stocked with everything your pet needs this location is much nicer than the previous location on Warren its ran by the same good people though.
