My husband bought some dog food from the other K9 because what our dog usually ate, they didn't have any more at that location. We had to end up taking it back because the dog wouldn't eat it. So we brought it here and we were able to exchange it for her regular brand without a lot of hassle. The customer service is always great at both locations.

Big bags of dog food, I was not addressed when I walked in and i didn't realize there were 2 people behind the counter till i went to pay for one of the items i was looking for. I called ahead of time for a specific item which I was told on the phone they had. They did not have the item. Customer service left much to be desired.

Every time I go in this place it is so clean their parking spots are always available and clean they have everything you can ever want for an animal their love for animals is so enduring they are the most beautiful people I have ever met in my life so kind giving and loving I wouldn’t recommend any other pet place but k9 on East Warren every time I go in there they know me they know what I want they have everything ready they’re beautiful dog in the back is so sweet loving and kind Joe and AJ are the closest thing to perfection when it comes to customer service and salesman they describe everything you need to the max they show you how to use it they’re not judge mental and their store is beautiful well put together an always clean I would never go anywhere else when there closed I wait I have been going to this store from day one an will continue to go to close And hopefully that’s never when God made perfection it is them when he made love it is those beautiful people that I meet when I go in that store my little girl comes with me every time and chases their cats never has she got yelled at anything she always catches the cats and plays with them until I shop and get everything I need I love you k9 on East Warren Please never leave us I don’t know what I would do without you you guys are perfection and we truly do love you and thank you for your excellent flawless customer service skills you definitely know how to treat a customer with forever love we thank you ur Num #1 Miss Daniels 😻😽😽😽😽😽😽🐶🐱🐭🐯🐰

This is a great pet shop especially if you live on the east side. I was assisted as soon as I entered and all of my questions were answered. They even helped by carrying my dog food to the car. I highly recommend.

Staff are extremely friendly & knowledgeable about anything & everything when it comes to your pet! They carry a wide range of dry/wet food, vaccinations, worm/flea/tick treatments, {for cats or, dogs}. The best part though is their unbeatable prices! Absolutely LOVE Detroit K-9 Pet Supplies!!

If you buy a shoot.they will shoot your dog for free. Depending on if your dog is aggresive +or not.no vet money.they also start off with the most less expensive food.and work toward the highest food,when asking whats best for your pet.and they also tell you witch food is a match for your breed.no bullies should not eat pit bull food even tho they can.they are two different breads.

Great place to get affordable dog food in the local neighborhood. The staff didn't smile at you but wasn't mean. Should have someone in the outside to help customer take the bags down. Its not a friendly atmosphere because of the bulletproof glass they stand in. But I do understand why. Just greet the customer with a smile and a hello to be a more inviting atmosphere.

I go there to get my dog's food, for a dog who will eat almost anything she's picky about her dry food. She likes the Blue Buffalo Small dog Adult version and it's a convenient place to get it. Great courteous service all the time.

They are great l love this place they help me out with my two blue pit puppies it was my first time as a dog owner they were so helpful that l went back when we got our rock puppy our new family addition. They are one of the best and close in the neighborhood. They are informative and helpful, not trying to break your pockets but helps with what's best for your pet. Fantastic neighborhood pet supply store. The guys who work here are helpful and the selection of pet food is good. It's not a boutique pet store, it's down to earth and full of helpful things. If you are looking for a tutu for your dog go somewhere else; but if you want quality food, beds, training supplies, nutrition and health items, collars and other practical items at fair prices from a local business, K-9 is a great place to shop.
