The “manager” has the nastiest attitude, poorest customer service skills ever. No patience at all kept smacking his lips and gossiping with his employees with a line full of customers. He’s brown skin and chubby, and sassy! Wouldn’t give his name. Be aware!

Store is always clean! Pharmacy department always treat customers with respect and friendliness! Almost always get my meds on time and when they promise me them. I will recommend this pharmacy/drugstore to anyone.

What sold me over on returning to this specific store was how invested the pharmacist on site Alex was with every customer. Every other CVS I went to tried to get me out of the door as fast as possible which is fine since no one likes to wait, but sometimes we have questions about certain medications or over the counter products which mostly go unanswered.Although I had no questions this time, the pharmacist came to the counter and offered to answer any questions or concerns I had with my medications. I know this doesn't seem like much at first, but it made me feel cared about unlike all my previous experiences with other cvs locations. I understand that the pharmacists time is valuable, but those extra 10 seconds Alex took out of his time to offer his expertise to each individual customer made a world of a difference with me.

they sent a text saying my prescription was ready however they returned to stock and said I couldn't wait to pick it up today.Angela was uninformed and could not figure out what was going on. and didn't really seem to care to solve the problem

The pharmacy is a joke, the line is always long its under staffed, and do not call because you will be placed on hold for at least 10 minutes or longer! On the other hand the pharmacy manager is a sweetheart anytime i have issues and speak to him it is handled in a good amount of time.
