I love this location. It's the exact opposite of 8 & Gratiot. The woman in the pharmacy is so kind and understanding. She went out of her way to fill my husband's script when he told her that he was in pain. She greets us with a huge smile every time we go there. Her beautiful personality is exactly what is needed when dealing with the public. She should train the lady pharmacist at the 8 mile location. 😊

This C.V.S. is one of the most visited in the area, yet they have the poorest management and customer service. Whether it's one or ten people in the store you'll be waiting at least 15 minutes or more. You have the one cashier that spends 15 minutes alone per customer, then some days you enter the store and no one's up front at any of the registers, on top of that it's a minute or two before anyone come up front. At times the security guard has had to find the cashier. Not to mention the pharmacy the wait is ridiculous...

Most people complaining are super ghetto, and believe they are right with some of the ignorance that is displayed. It's like your really ghetto cousin saying they're going to move to the suburbs because people in the city are ghetto...I've listened to these dummies as I waited for service and let me tell you it is a new high level of rude ghetto behavior dum dums that have a lower I.Q. than a cinder block.

Visited this CVS today Sunday September 19, 2021 and was rudely handled by Pharmacist Saraj (sp). In an attempt to get the Covid vaccine he rudely said since I was the first person coming to get a shot today I will cause him to waste all of his supply. He states that it is only 14 vaccines per container and using only 1 for me messes up the remaining 13. How and I being rejected a vaccine because I was the first person to ask for one today? I will just schedule an appointment at my Doctor to receive the Vaccine & every single time someone ask me where to go I will be sure to tell them not to visit this CVS location. Discrimination is real. He huffed and puffed several times during his rude explanation then said just give me your ID. No sir, you will not be administering a shot into my arm after being the most rude cvs employee I’ve ever ran into. Poor poor poor customer service.

I've been going to this Cvs for years & it's terrible now the more I go the worse it gets. The pharmacist at this location is unprofessional & don't want to help you. They are understaffed & they have you waiting for a long time at the drive through window & the inside just to drop off & pick up your prescription. They use to call & let you know when your prescription is ready they don't even do that anymore they just tell you a certain time to come back & when you come back it still isn't ready you have to wait. I will no longer go to this location for prescriptions. The old staff was better!

Walk in to get my COVID shot was turn around told to come back in a hour the staff wasn’t doing anything but sitting around talking loudly about nuthing just ghetto I was the first customer why do people hate to do there job if you don’t like working with the public or if you don’t like working in black community don’t come to work or to our community

I love this CVS no doubt, however, the pharmacy could definitely be faster and the store could definitely be a lot more cleaner. They have new management now so I hope it's all for the better

This is one of the MOST understaffed, inept cvs pharmacies in Detroit. They send you a text to pick up your medicine but when you there it's not ready, i have been waiting on a prescription that i have been out of for 6 days only yo discover after i called them that it had ro ne ordered. There is always a long line, i could go on and on but what's the point it probably won't help. RIDICULOUS!!!!
