This place is not professional at all, they rude and lazy, then when they finally come to the window they act like you bothering them. I already picked up prescription but now I'm on auto dial like come on why are you so badly managed they send you to voice-mail so they don't have to speak directly to you. Go back to old school answer phone. Get a job you like and stop peaking around corner to see if someone is in your driveway. This cvs sucks

Able to get what I need when I stop in. They can get busy at times tho, but they do have a little self-check out that helps. That is if the customer can use it well. Some people need assistance with it & the cashier needs to come around & help that customer with the machine & then the line waits. It goes back & forth sometimes. They do their best & stay cheerful & that's a plus.

I prefer to be served by a cashier rather than a machine. In my case there was a hitch and a cashier had to come anyway, wasting my time and others'. I often use coupons and have an OTC Network card which I assume your machine will not know how to deal with -- again, wasting time as I get to experience failure and wait for a cashier. Please return cashiers to the stores. They make for a better experience.

I have great service evertime from everyone but Wanda. She needs customer service training obviously. I complained about her to one of her coworkers that said she would relay the message. Today she was even worse. I am in a lifted pickup truck so it is hard to reach the drawer. She put it in the drawer with attitude. I signed the paper then was waiting gor her to take it. She says nothing but smuggly pointed with her head to put it in the drawer. I then informed her smug butt that she needed to open it then. One of the nastest people i have ever encountered at cvs.

I came there on the weekend. The pharmacy people are rude, racist and unprofessional. I have been going there since 2017 and always had a pleasant experience until I had to deal with the racial profiling by the techs or pharmacist who has a nasty attitude on the weekends.

Security guard assigned today in the evening at 6:30 p.m on 1/8/2019 is extremely uncomfortable. Will follow you around all over the store. Please hire an officer who is familiar with Detroit and not assume every customer that walks in is a crook. WILL NOT COME BACK. Michigan Ave CVS is better it has a Cleaner and better staff.

The staff is rude they don't want to look for your prescription. I had to go back and forth, because they said they didn't have my prescription and then when they finally fond it they charged me full price for it because the guy was too lazy to up date my insurance.

My prescription was due to be filled on the 5th. It is now the 20th and I'm still trying to get it filled. When I had originally asked if it was ready to be filled the lady behind the counter said idk how many do u have left? 😑

Very rude woman in the pharmacy. I called before hand and spoke to another woman who said they could help with the issue at hand and when I got there the other woman was very disrespectful and kept cutting Me off in the middle of my sentences

This is how disgusting the floors at CVS , its been like this for over 8 plus years. Its now 10/28/2020. This is worst then COVID-19. They need to have those floors replaced. Poor management...

When I went to CVS today(trying to get some chocolate chips) It was closed and sure there was rain, but it was even 9 pm and it is still supposed to be open during these conditions this is why I Gave it 1 star.

Well I went to pick up a prescription, and was approached by an employee and was asked if I just put something in my bag,because she was watching the camera,well I showed her and said you owe me a apology, she mumbled and walked away.SAD

Cause every time I am there the employees are so helpful they make sure I find what I'm looking for every time an the pharmacy is extremely helpful when I go ask them questions

It says they close at 10pm,. Well i went there at 952.pm and the doors were closed and i called and the manger said yah i closed the doors at 950pm so what goggle says and the sign does oh well do what u gotta do..
