The manager at the establishment recently fell victim to a robbery, highlighting apparent security shortcomings. My personal experience with the service was far from satisfactory. Paulette, handling my money transfer, displayed extreme rudeness and incompetence. Unfamiliar with the process, I sought guidance, but she provided minimal assistance, forcing me to resort to YouTube for guidance. Returning, I discovered Paulette had erred in the transaction, blaming technical glitches. Despite the recent robbery, she continued to mishandle the situation, expressing frustration and recounting money aggressively. This encounter, coupled with the overall lackluster customer service, makes this establishment, located just across from a police department, a place I strongly discourage others from patronizing.

I'm so over coming to this store, and trash is all over the place. As if someone comes to CVS and dump the trash around the store. I ask the manager why is it that I been to this store three days in a row, and there is trash 🗑 is all over the place. It makes the store look like a dumpster drop-off. Customers should never be subjected to see such a mess outside of this business....

I HATE THIS STORE THEY NEVER HAVE YOUR MEDS LIE ABOUT IT AND ACT LIKE ITS YOUR FAULT! THE ONE PHARMACIST SMART MOUTH UNPROFESSIONAL AND A DISRESPECTFUL PERSON! ITS CALLED SUPPLY & DEMAND! IF YOU CANT KEEP UP WITH THE SUPPLY STOP TAKING ON NEW PEOPLE! DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS EVERY OTHER MONTH YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED ALONG WITH BEING IN PAIN!!!!

The lady at this CVS Pharmacy was very rude since the moment we walked in. She would really be yelling for a simple question that we ask so we understand what we need. She started yelling at my wife to go to the side and wait for her turn even though we politely asked her. She said that we should be thankful cuz she is doing us a FAVOR??!!! Giving us our prescription that we PAY for is not a favor. Talking to people politely is not a favor. Explain to people and clarifying to them their questions is NOT a favor. anyways, we just left the medication there and left.some of other staff were nice and polite.

Horrible customer service. The woman pharmacist and her staff are completely classless and undignified. I will be switching where I get my prescriptions. None of those people deserve to work with the public. Never come here, I couldn't help but walk out thinking why did I just waste my time with these garbage people here.

This place is terrible with answering phone!! They pick the phone up just so it won’t ring anymore but put u on hold again!! The pharmacy staff are rude and incompetent! I will NEVER RETURN FOR ANYTHING! I should not have to go into this place to ask a question!!! Lazy staff memebers that needs to be fired!!

Never have prescriptions ready. Always have the worng thing. Everytime I go here its a problem. It has not been one time where it was not. And they tie up the bag so I paid for 3 prescriptions and got 2

The only problem I have with CVS pharmacy they don't answer the phone I went up there to get some medicine and they didn't even have it because I needed to get more refills and if they would have answered the phone I wouldn't have made that trip for nothing they need to answer the phone

You're not greeted they don't have shopping carts for you to do any shopping. The manager says because people keep stealing them. That's a lame excuse not to provide shopping carts for customers to shop.

Horrible run dont waist your $$ or time ihad Muhammad was the working pharmacist 8pm on this day he refused to transfer my prescriptions to the local 24 hour CVS on grand river n Southfield Fwy. The 24 hour CVS called and told me he denied the transfer saying he was busy and it can wait until the morning. I called within 5 hours of closing time to get my prescriptions and had no ideal it wasn't done as I was told . it disgust me how horrible customer service and healthcare I almost passed out trying to make it to my medicine all because Mr Muhammad refused to transfer claiming its to much work CVS is this the employees you hiring . not to mention its dusty environment in the overall store unstocked rude you have failed your customers we deserve better

The employee's that work's in the pharmacy have terrible attitudes that effect the business..the pharmacy employee's dont greet the customer's with a smile none a hello..im always there picking up my meds and it's always the same and the drive thur is worst. Your left there waiting ringing the bell.

Went to the drive thru today waited in line behind about 4 cars for about 15 or 20 min when I finally got to the front the cashier closed the window and put a sign up saying drive thru closed. It was 4:05pm exact the drive thru doesn't close til 9pm. I tried calling in then she came to speaker stating drive thru was closed with no explanation. Very unprofessional, no apology for the inconvenience from now on I will gladly go to Walgreens.

Every time I come here to pick my sons medicine up since our original pharmacy closed, I’ve been greeted with rude and non caring service. Not to mention one or more items of my script is never ready even after calling to verify it would be ready and giving extra time to pick up yet still not ready. This is ridiculous. Terrible service in pharmacy
