I wanted to support a "mom and pop" groomer shop in my city. Unlike Petco or PetSmart, as I have heard enough horror stories about them to prevent me from patronizing. Donna, the owner and operator, was very kind and dog loving. This was my pooch's first professional visit and she was really patient with him (as he is still a baby). He looks so debonaire and smells like a baby. Thank you, Boopers Dog & Suds!

1st timer. Took good care of my Shih Tzu. Just had him longer than they estimated. Had w call them 2 find out what was happening. Was satisfied overall with the tesults.

Took my dog here to be groomed Friday 8/27/21 notice my dog wouldn’t stop licking his back side to find a big hole that wasn’t there the day before the appointment no one notified me that he was cut I am very upset and I want my money back never taking my dogs here again

I have a few things to say about this place. They left a cut from some sort of razor on my dog and didn't even notify us, claiming they forgot.They have a horrible set up and I cant even explain the smell. They are not responsible. And they also take around 8 hours to be groomed, I would not recommend this place. NEVER COMING AGAIN.

Excellent grooming skills! I have a standard poodle 🐩 and they have perfected the looked! I've tried others, but Boopers are the best! 💯👍🏽

The first visit with my golden doodle only place after the quarantine I could get an appointment fast big mistake $85.00 for a poodle cut did not like the way she shaved my baby I think shaving her face actually hurt her. Well, good reviews from others this is my experience, never again.I think the owner is giving herself high reviews. You are a lousy dog groomer

Their alright be specific with what you want and check your dogs before you leave. I try to get them when they aren’t in a rush so no mistakes are made. Also she asked me to remind her of my dog having claws on the side (after nail clip)of his paw which confused me because aren’t you the groomer?

This place is a one of a kind. My previous groomer moved just to far for me to drive. I searched the internet and most of the groomers at least one bad review that I was not pleased with. I then came across this groomer not one bad review. I said this is the one. I took my dog picked her up, I must say I was very impressed. Good quality work and what I consider cheap for grooming considering I was paying $75+.

Dont go there. I really mean 000 Stars not 1 star, she get 0 stars. I had a 11 o'clock appointment, i didnt want to be late so i arrived at 10:45am. They wasnt open yet, i didn't mind because appointment wasn't until 11. At 11 the place still wasn't open. I finally pulled off at 11:45, because now i been sitting outside the place and it still wasnt open for a hour now. I drive back home and at 12 i got a phone call from the Groomer. She asked, was i still coming? I told her that i was there at 10:45am and i waited a whole hour for her. She replied No you didn't. My thing is what do you mean No you didn't... You dont know what somebody did unless you was on time to work. She told me that her son had her truck. Honestly, THAT'S NOT ME OR MY DOG PROBLEM. My thing is #1 She could've been professional and called her scheduled appointments and told us something. Or #2 offered some type of discount for the inconvenience. She didn't try to make her unhappy customers happy at all. Overall VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I repeat Don't go there.

My blue pitbull recently broke his nail really badly and was walking with a limp,I brought him up here hoping they could help him,He was freaking out about getting his nails clipped but they got the job done and when we left, his limp was almost completely gone,The next day, he was back to walking normal.You can tell that they really care about the animals they service!I will DEFINITELY be back 💕

I took my dog, Penny, for the 1st time on 11/06/2017 and, I am so very glad I did so. Everyone was very nice. Debbie was very nice and, Donna did an awesome job with my baby. I have a Jack Russell/Shih Tzu mix so, I'd given her half of a xanax (prescribed by her vet) just so she wouldn't be so hyper. Although, Donna said she did great....I'm going to see how she'll do without having to take the other half when I take her back because, she will DEFINITELY be going back. I was very pleased.

They have been family for a long time in the neighborhood there good with the grooming might ake a long while vut you'll be happy with results. The place needs a little updating, but other than that there good.

NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!Two of my pets got injured on two separate occasions. One of them got his tongue cut, and the other one got cut on her stomach. Both cuts were bleeding heavily. They had no concern for my pets. After having them for 6-7 hours they came home clumsy, and stumbling.

As you can see by the pictures my dog was pretty hairy and matted but bloopers and suds turn my precious Coco into pretty cocoa thank you all so much.

This place does a good job the only thing I have an issue with is the appointment time and they keep my puppies 7 hours after the appointment time dropped them off at 12:30pm they wasn't ready until 7:30pm not happy.Then I requested no bows and they put the bows anyway just disregarded what I requested not cool.
