I brought in my package at 5:00 and was told that the person who conducts the US Postal Service leaves at 2:30pm. The young lady said that she was uncomfortable sending out my packages because she was not trained to do so. So technically this Branch closes at 2:30 and not at 9.

Prices are way too high. $5 for a gallon of milk is ridiculous. They just take advantage of people in the local community that can't drive to a walmart or kroger.

I Walked 5 minutes in the rain and Arrived 10 minutes before the 8pm close time, the doors were locked and the person standing at the door letting people out told me they were closed and he wouldn't allow me in to grab a couple quick items, when they say open till 8PM the doors shouldn't be locked till 8pm.

Any time I can avoid stopping here, I do. This place is very nearby my house but I will drive much farther just to not patronize AssTeca. Many of their foods in stock are expired. Prices are quite steep for a low income community. As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by an undeniable stench of rotting meat. Every cashier I've encountered has been unfriendly to say the least. The older woman who owns the establishment is beyond rude and will hurry you along when you place your items on the belt. If you have any questions she will reply with a snarky comment or say she doesn't care to hear what you are saying. She has done this to me personally on more than one occasion, as well as my neighbors.

I work for an organization that helps youth obtain employment. I just called and the lady that answered was very rude and unprofessional. I asked if they were hiring and she said what department? I told her it was for a 18 year old who is willing to work at any department. She gave me an attitude immediately and said no we’re not hiring. So I asked a follow up question asking why she asked what department then if they’re not hiring she yelled and said I told you we are not hiring and hung up. I called her back and told her that I don’t appreciate her talking to customers like that. I grew up here in Southwest and I grocery shop at this store pretty often. Well now I won’t be buying anything from here.

It was a good grocery store, with a different but great variety of products. The prices were also pretty cheap. Masks are required and social distancing is in place. The only issues I had were that it was a bit slow moving and the fruits I got went bad within a couple days, but everything else was on point.And they also have some nice masks for sale there

I got 4 leg quarters, 11 chicken legs, and 8 country style ribs (bone in), my bill was $10.08. Worth checking out. Some meats were discolored and on sale. You have to be an educated shopper. Good experience over all.

The employees are kind of rude. They talk on their phones and talk to the other cashiers on the phone in front of you. The manager lady has little respect for customers as she stood in front of the line when I was leaving to talk to the cashier about her shoes and she wouldn't move out of the way so that I could pass to leave until she was done talking. Just plain rude.

Love the improvement's, cashier's are very friendly, recycling doesn't accept Faygo bottles or energy drinks, do not recycle glass. Recycling after 11am, not after 5pm.

I use to love going here because its some what cheap but lately they are selling there veggies rotten and some of there fruits, i also seen some of there meats going bad and they put "manager special" no thank you.They should be on top of things more and make sure everything is fresh.

This store is good 4 small shopping, cans, box stuff & such, check the dates on everything if u want it to be fresh & good & I mean everything, cashiers sometimes friendly but not 4 real & make sure your bags get doubled cause their made poorly & will bust...

Staff is nice. Store is very conveniently located in the Hart of the neighborhood. However your shopping experience will be Greatly affected by the VERY broken shopping carts. Every cart has been replaced with new carts. But the carts were equipped with all the broken wheels from the previous carts. Kinda pointless to buy new carts to put old broken wheels on them.

Prices are way too high $12.00 for butter $6.99 for a pint of heavy cream that Kroger sells for $3.19.they are taking advantage of people with no vehicles to get to a major grocery store..sad

The worst and poorest excuse for a post office, center or anything of the like! Literally have been nearly a dozen times in 3 months and never once has there been an employee for the postal service present. Apparently nobody besides the phantom postal employee can operate the setup, so I've left this location dissatisfied each time. I've given up and would rather drive or even walk further and you'll have better luck sending a pigeon with your letter than you would getting it sent off here! One of the cashier girls even told me once that it isn't "a legit post office". Laughable!

This markets american food items are always overpriced & hardly ever have sells on the few american food items they do carry. The location is convenient but I'd rather go elsewhere. On the bright side, the customer service is excellent. And they have a service where you can pay your DTE ENERGY BILL inside the market as well. So that's good.

The experience was neutral, the employees can be a little less rude and a little more helpful. It does not make sense to me why they would be rude to their customer who comes in and pays for the goods which helps the supermarket to pay them. I am sure they know how things work and what will happen when people stop coming there altogether. I know it is Mexican Town area of Detroit but it does not help improve the image of Mexicans if you do not behave well with others!
