Just before you enter Canada , at the US end of Ambassador Bridge is located Ambassador Duty Free . Well it's a nice place and one can buy liquors, perfumes, chocolates 🍫 and many other things of utility . Perfumes, body sprays, aftershaves are of variety type . For alcohols there is a very wide selection choice, bee it beer cans or bottles of Whisky, rum, vodka, wines, brandy , champagne 🍾 and what not . Well there are also variety of other drinks available .Within this premises is a Batgain Shop, nice for people who have pets....lots of of other utility items at competitive prices...Coffee ☕and beverage kiosk, restrooms. If you are traveling from US to Canada, a nice place to take a break and do little purchases.

Very well managed. The Saturday traffic both ways was very heavy, cars and commercial trucks, the backup was looking like it would take an hour. But even with the customs booth officers changing shift, it was only 15 minutes to get cleared. It is good to see the cross border activity get back to pre-covid levels. And get the nexus card if you want to bypass the entire line.

Truck Diesel is CHEAP, they don’t take a profit. The salvage shop is always an interesting place to wander through and the liquor store is HUGE.TRUCK DRIVERS CANNOT RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES ONCE YOU ENTER THE COMPOUND. Be prepared for Border Protection to be under the bridge on foot as you turn in - don’t run them over.

Large easy to access last stop before crossing the border into Canada, with short and quick cash lines. Fill up with gas and get your eggs and milk here too before heading home from being away. Good washrooms and reasonable prices with featured deals being the best bet, but I usually get my alcohol at Costco or Meijer at a better price. Know your prices. Interesting that they have an Amazon pickup locker and a bin full of packages right out in the open. Doesn't seem too secure for some unlucky ones. There's also a Zabot pizza robot kiosk that spits out pizzas in 3 minutes. I need to try this one day. It also sells pretzels and fresh baked cookies too.

Don't go here if u plan to go back into the states. They won't let u buy anything and go back lol. The ladies inside were very nice but the one rude lady who drives the truck was very nasty with me. She had to let me back in to the states after I returned my items. She was not very happy nice to me even tho I was very pleasant with her. Sorry you had to do your job that night. Government workers think they are above everyone......

Had a great experience at the duty-free shop. The service was excellent, and the presence of a public washroom and a coffee shop inside added to the convenience. The shop had a vast selection of items, providing ample choices for shoppers.

We visited the US side of the bridge. The duty-free was pretty clean and well stocked. The bathrooms were adequately clean. The cashier was friendly and helpful. We usually have no trouble or problems with this duty free.

Great for adults but couldn't find any toys. Was hoping to find a high end product for the kids to enjoy during their 1st 5-hour ride into Canada and get gifts for their same-age cousins, but nope.

Pretty decent place I'd say the staff were not rude or lazy at all in my words.The staff that was working that night actually helped us pretty good point us in the right direction to get across the border because of the covid restrictions still going on at this moment as of March 5, 2022.slept in the truck outside of the building really good washrooms were mostly clean. really cool stuff that I haven't seen before.

This Duty free is not as big as I thought it would be. The selection of chocolates are okay. It has a bigger selection of liquor. If you are going to the duty free in Windsor, it might be cheaper to shop there.

This use to be my favorite duty free... As it has the store... Ive gotten many great deals... Use to be open all hours was great... Then open til 12... And i rush to make it ..which sucked .. However... Now it closes at 10 which sucks even more... Driving truck its usually late crossing due to all traffic high times.. Drivers should have some.. Extra way in like membership or something but now it saddens me i might not get in as often... Last year i gave this place 5 stars. But only 3 stars now and thats just the wonderful staff out front that i give it too they deserve 5... New management... YOU SUCK! Im surprised noone causes a scene!!

No dutyfree has as much as variety of liquor,perfumes,chocolates and kids stuff.I am adding pics of few bottles which are not on there website.Only downside is they are most expensive duty free in whole America.

Staff is completely unprofessional they don’t know how to talk to customer. I went there for diesel at counter she was so rude I ask her to be polite and she left the counter without even completing my transaction which is ridiculous they should learn how to do customer service.

So there's a new management as we've been told, who doesn't care much about quality of service, equipment, fuel incentives or even their own staff for a while now.Fuel prices aren't competitive as they used to be cause the personnel incharge for that is gone. Also, fuel incentives such as cashback, etc. has been stopped. And the fuel prices haven't been updated for a while as advised by staff who are not happy with new management either. They've stopped smiling for a while now. They've been addressing consistent multiple customer complaints to management and getting zero acknowledgment.Diesel fuel nozzles in various fuel aisles do not work properly, and filling up DEF with those nozzles is a real pain in almost all the aisles. "Fix those please". Truckers can't wait forever to fuel up. Your sign says "no parking, only fueling." But your faulty equipment forcibly makes them park there for at least an hour.Last but not the least. Add a partition between men's urinals in the restrooms for God sake. It's really disturbing. What if there's a minor using urinals.With all due respect, just making a profit off of merchandise will not suffice. Whole business operations need to run properly.

Whole bunch of cheap finds!! I love coming here on the way back we call it “treasure hunting” 🤣🤣. Anyways definitely recommend stopping by and looking through the store in the back!
