I love the environment. They didn't have any Ghost shrimp that I went for. But I came out with some cool fish and two betta. One betta died in two days. Notices she was sick as soon as I got home. The other betta m fishes are doing wonderful. The staff is friendly. So were the other customers.

Please be aware that the groomers at this location are not treating your dog good after retrieving our golden doodle from these people the dog was not the same as when she was left there all she did was lay down as though she was drugged I am almost 100% sure our dog was given some kind of medicine so that she could get her hair cut this place is HORRIBLE and there will be an investigation at this location so be careful when taking your dog to this location (Ford.Rd) (Mercury Dr)

I have just gotten my Beautiful miniature poodle mix, and the first time I have had a Girlfriend Dog in 7 years.I went into purchase essential items I need, the store was very well stocked and everything I needed was within reach and priced + or -What I expected to pay!Staff and Cashier was Great.

I brought my service animal in on the morning of February 13th my husband picked her up that afternoon and noticed when she got home she could barely walk.now it was even more weird that I got a call saying she was ready around noon but then when my husband called they said they needed another hour so we didn’t get her back until 1 something . We had to take her to the emergency vet and get X-rays of her hips and back legs. 650 dollars later and an entire day at the er to find out that someone dropped her or did something to her at the groomers. I’m sure it’s on camera but no one will help me review the incident . Worst experience ever and will never bring my service animal back to get groomed.

I took my cat to pet smart today. And bought him a new collar and harness and extra bells. The staff helped me and my Kitty to find the right harness for him. The prices seemed to be higher. I did get what I wanted and I liked the way Kitty and I was treated..

I've never been to PetSmart before, and I'm so glad I finally visited the store. I brought in my 3-month-old golden retriever puppy for grooming. They shampooed him with an oatmeal shampoo, and fluffed him up nicely. Cleaned his teeth, and his ears. Not only do they cut his nails, but they grind them down too. Which I really appreciate. Overall our experience with PetSmart was extremely positive, and we will definitely be loyal customers from here on out. Thank you PetSmart for all that you do. Harley thanks, you too. 🙂

Since I’ve been going to petsmart I have never had issues with my dogs grooming till now. I paid $107.00 and my dog came back with dirty paws and a half brushed job.

Maybe the worst service I have ever tried to get. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The 3 girls there were beyond snobby, dismissive, and rude.When they called to confirm the appointment they told us we can’t do anything but a puppy cut because he has never had one before. Ok… Agreed. As soon as we got to the location, you could tell they didn’t want to do the service from the moment we walked in. They gave us every excuse on why they couldn’t do it. When they finally pretended like they were going to do the grooming they called us 10 minutes later and said “he’s a puppy, we can’t do it.” My advice, find groomers that are competent and know how to work with younger dogs. . In my opinion they just wanted to sit around and didn’t want to really work.Update: We took him to the Petsmart in Monroe and there was a night and day difference. They took their time to work with my golden doodle and did a fantastic job. The sweetest people to deal with. I couldn’t be more grateful for the Monroe team! The Dearborn location needs some serious changes in staffing.

Love the place. Wanted to buy aquarium for the first time and knew nothing about it. The people there were super friendly and very helpful,they help me buy the aquarium and set me up with everything I need plus the information to maintain it. Check there website though for coupons before any big purchase,i saved $20 by doing that. Definitely my favorite pet supply store.

Nice location. Has most of my furry family members needs. A bit pricey in today's market. I paid $50 for a harness and $20 for a decent chain. The average price for the same brand and items are $25-$27 for the same harness and $9 for the same chain. Shop Amazon if you can wait for delivery.

DO NOT BUY ANY PETS FROM THIS LOCATION OR ANY AT THAT !! I bought a hamster and everything to go with it and I bought it on 09/06/22 and bring it back today 10/03/22 because teeth were falling out and eyes were swollen and the thing was dying and tried to get my refund and wouldn’t refund me not a penny because it didn’t show up in THERE system so be careful you don’t waste ur money at the hole in the wall location and I even delt with the manger the entire time and she was terrible with customer service I’m a manger at two different company’s and I’d be fired for what she just pulled with me !! I will never be returning back here again. !
